Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!
I'm pleased to announce the addition of a new short story! I call it The Faded Star.
I spent a few days writing it out and am personally pleased with how it turned out. It is a sequel to my story Icicle. Ratchet wakes up again and sets out on a new investigation. It ties up a few loose ends and sets up a good jumping off point for further stories. It also serves as a sort of wake up call for Ratchet.
The story is only 10k words in length, but I split it into two parts. It also introduces my timeline scheme, the Wasteland Era. The specifics of this timeline are mentioned in the story, so I won't go into detail here.
Anyhow, feel free to check out The Faded Star! I've got a few more stories planned, short ones that I hope to get out in the next few months, but they all revolve around Ratchet's story. So it would be good to read both Icicle and The Faded Star before they come out.
