If and when the Equestrian Space Program plot arc gets going and runs long enough, I should totally ask the artist if I can use this for an illustration, because I don't find it hard at all to imagine this particular school of hull decor meeting, shall we say, proper standards of fabulosity:

Be grateful, Rarity, that your friends can spare the mass budget for aesthetics. Delta-v used to be so costly they could barely afford it with the most stripped-down utilitarian tin can they could build. That gravity well is a heartless creditor, and always collects his debts.

Wow, Celestia's colors look nice on that capital ship! Luna's, too.
Not sure about Cadance's, though. That Decimator's paint job kinda clashes with the shape. One says "I'm a friendly pony princess!" and the other says "come any closer and I will stab you with my maneuvering fins." Maybe it's what she flies when she's having a bad day?
