Working on a large project concerning future chapters of A New Life, as you know it is based off my old dnd campaign. We played online so there is a transcript of what the characters said and did. I have 2 of the three parts converted to word that I am sorting through for the past two weeks, one is 88 pages and the other is 122 pages long. They will be heavily edited and "translated" to fit the story. This means characters will be replaced, scenarios added and removed, and lots of descriptions because one is 30,000 words of just dialoge. The other a bit less.
The reason I'm doing this is because these specific scenes are very profound and characterizing to my characters and I want to share it with everyone. These were the moments that sealed my love for my characters, specifically Faina, and I'm going to include Sigma, Rose, and the other ponies in these fun, yet heart bearing chapters.
One of the transcripts will be considered a side story featuring just Faina and about a week's worth of 'holy fucking hell this shit got dark.' As in, ancient beings re-awakening threatening all their lives, a close friend's attempted suicide, death of long time friends, poison, drugs, unhealthy obsessions, and undetermined futures. So yea, one hell of a roller coaster.
