Daring Do's ongoing battle against Ahuizotl has come to a bitter turn. The fiendish immortal's plan hits close to home when a local singer is kidnapped to finalize his latest plan to control the sun and become a god. Daring Do must race against the clock and her own aging body to return Sweetie Belle to safety.
Button Mash's luck stays true to form as he finds himself neck-deep in the rescue effort. He's scrawny, weak, and untrained, relying on Daring Do and her crew of warriors to survive the fight. But when Sweetie's fate hangs in the balance, will he have what it takes to step up?
At the heart of it all, Sweetie Belle learns that her voice has the power to change the course of the world. As Ahuizotl tightens his grip on his victims, she might be the only hope for Equestria.
Can an adventurer past her prime, a stallion with more doubts than answers, and a singer with a heavy heart save the world?

The Sex tag was added after much deliberation, due to Fimfic's clarified rules as to what constitutes "saucy" on this site. Innuendo and implications shall be found within these pages.
Expect the story to fire on all cylinders either Sunday or Monday, depending on how the search for Cover Art shakes out. I'll be making my own again, I think, and I want it to actually look nice this time. An artist I am, but drawing is not my favorite medium. 
Expect something simple yet evocative, whatever that means.
On a final note: If this was a movie, it would totally be directed by Steven Spielberg and scored by John Williams.

Briefly. There are two scenes in the story I would consider heart-wrenching, and one I'd consider just sad. However, it's far closer in tone and content to In the Absence of Sunset Shimmer, and the painful parts do not make up the majority of the story. They're far surpassed by the heartwarming bits, fist-pumping action, and political intrigue.
I mean, contrast DayBreak where every chapter had a kick in the nuts, to Absence which had one big kick in the nuts.

I hope to include many bunches of wonderful musical interludes. Mostly through Sweetie Belle, but discount not the other characters. Maybe even a villain song, if I can sneak it in.
