You can't get to the light without walking through the dark first. There are twists and turns and sometimes it feels as if the light has disapeared, but it is there. You just have to look.

SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER!!!!...... · 9:53pm May 28th, 2016

SCHOOL'S OUT FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy:

(fanfiction writing plans going forward and other things below the break)

Hello fellow pony peoples!

Yes, you read that right. I AM FINISHED WITH SCHOOL! High School, that is.

You may (or may not) be asking "Hey, Sea Breeze, any plans for college?"

Nope. None of that for me. I just got finished with deadlines, gigantic books and anxiety over tests. I'm not ready for more of that come autumn. So, no. I am not going to college.

Yet.

I may decided to go to college later on down the road (1, 2 or 30 years down the road). But right now, I want to work with my Dad and the dogs, do some photography jobs, relax. I also am planning on getting my Doberman in the next year or so and I want to show her in conformation and possibly agility and obedience. I would like to have time to raise a puppy & spend time with my current dogs and family and not have to worry about classes and essays. I've got a full life ahead. Plenty of time to go back to school.

Now, about the Life in Ponyville fics.

They are not canceled. You may have seen my blog from back in the winter that I was redoing On a Hearth's Warming. I've got things written out and a good, set plan (even though that's not my usual style) and I think it will turn out much better than what I was originally doing. I do have a question, though.

Would y'all like me to cancel the current version and start over with a new fic (the beginnings are pretty much the same, only thing that has changed is the time of year the wedding is, which changes up the first few chapters a bit timeline wise) OR I can just delte the current chapters and then copy/paste the new edits. The only thing is is that with the current fic, I do have a bit of dislikes (though that is pretty much a given when doing OC based stories:ajbemused:) and I'm just a teensy bit worried how that would work out, since those dislikes are for the current version and wouldn't be for version 2. Comment below what y'all think would work best.

The launch for Version 2 of On a Hearth's Warming is set for late June/early July. I'll post the exact date when it gets closer.

And now for All's Fair in Love & War: I have the next chapter 75% written. I want to have it finished, edited and published in the next 3 weeks or so. (would be sooner, but my graduation ceremony is on June 5 and I have a lot a stuff going on next week ranging from K9 school clients coming to drop off/pick up their pups, a singing gig Wednesday night and singing/music practice Thursday night for church Sunday. And then more dog related things the next week. So I think 3 weeks from now should give me enough time. I think. Don't hold me to it!

I hope you all have a wonderful day/night.

Love to all,
SB

Yay for school being out! :yay: congrats SB! :pinkiehappy:

As for going forward with stories? Well, I think you should do what you think is right SB, if you feel you have to change a few things for the sake of the story, be sure to do it. I'd also advise maybe asking someone to help edit your stories, look over them before you publish them, stuff like that in order to get an initial impression before you submit the story, that's what I do and I find getting a few fresh pairs of eyes before I submit is a huge help SB.

Can't wait to see what you can come up with next! :pinkiehappy:
