Wow. A lot of people seem to really like this story. I often write fics that get a lot of likes but almost no reviews. Fimfiction has spoiled us with that thumbs up/down option. "Why back in my day, if ya'll like a story ya'd review it. Ain't no point likin' it if ya'll don't tell the darn writer why." - And that was my very poor hillybilly on a porch impression.
Maybe I should just change genres. Like many bronies I was drawn to fimfiction because of their Dark Stories (Rainbow Factory, Something Sweet to Bite, Trees are Screaming, etc.). But that genre is so oversaturated with excessive gore that I think most readers are just now turned off to the idea.
Everyone seems to prefer the Slice of Life and Comedy tags. I'm not too good with the latter, but I've seen a few things in my day, maybe it's time to make the switch.
I absolutely love your horror stories. I think it would be a massive shame if you stopped writing them. You've inspired me to write my own horror stories in a more refined and intricate way after reading three of your tales.
After seeing this blog post, i decided to devote my day to reading several of your horror fics.
