1000 Followers! And RIP Blog Posts...

First off. Thanks for all the follows! It's a little overwhelming, I must admit, but a very nice number to get to.

Secondly. As I mentioned in previous blog posts, this will the last blog post made just for the sake of keeping track of followers. I'm sure you're annoyed of them by now, so it's time to call it a day.

If I have something interesting to say or an important question to ask, I'll make another blog post. I won't pitch anymore ideas, though, because truthfully not a single pitched story has ever done well for me. Instead, I'll shoot stuff out with no warning and see what happens. The same thing I've been doing all along.

Thirdly. I really didn't have anything to add to this besides my happiness at reaching such a number under my own set of goals. I know I've switched over to comedy lately and comedy is quite popular here, but I still respect the art of comedy. I think it takes skill to do it well and I still have no idea what I'm doing. Only that I like to write what interests me.

There were a few times over the years here where I thought about doing clop for the sole sake of gathering fans, but... would those be the fans I'd honestly want coming back again and again? And would I get any enjoyment out of those stories? Probably not.

I'm happy writing comedy or dark or slice of life or drama or meta or anything I have an interest in. And I'm more than happy to see a lot of other people seem to have an interest in those topics as well. We should all hang out more.

So thank you all so very much for the support over the years. And here's to a few years more.
