Episode: Newbie Dash - My Reaction · 6:25am May 9th, 2016
So yes, I watched the new episode and... well honestly, I have to give it a... 8/10.
DO NOT READ... IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN IT YET.
It wasn't as bad as I previously thought it was going to be, it was actually kinda funny in some parts. Rainbow Dash's impressions of her friends, those were hilarious and... very good actually, I'm starting to wonder if her special talent isn't impersonations. Hehehehe.
I am also... a bit pissed with how the Wonderbolts were acting towards Rainbow, and I know I'm not the only one, so don't say anything cause I'm a Dashie fan. I'm just saying that cause they were acting pretty dickish towards Dash. And they were laughing at her, something I can't help but find to be a somewhat unprofessional attutide towards their newest member.
But... in the end, everything turned out pretty good, I learned the WB's nicknames, except Spitfire's, making me wonder just what it was 
And Rainbow Dash... I'm proud of you girl... you finally achieved your dream, you did it, and i can't help but feel so happy for you.

This episode was...eh to me.
Sure, I liked some parts of it, like Dash's impersonations and how she finally achieved her dream, but yeah, there are parts I didn't like as well. She kind of acts stupid at some points, like where she changes the routine, and I certainly wish Scootaloo had called her out on it--she knew this plan was probably going to fail.
Then there's the Wonderbolts. I don't like them. At all. Not just in this episode--yeah, they were being dickish--but other times, like where they threw Soarin under the bus to get Dash on the team in that one "key" episode in season four. They accused Dash of being guilty right off the bat last season when Spitfire went missing. I'd go on and on, but I don't have time.
So I give this episode a five out of ten, since it was kind of funny in some parts and the Wonderbolts weren't being as big dicks as usual. They couldn't have known "Rainbow Crash" hurt Dash, but I wish she had said something. I know you like this episode, so to each his or her own. It's just eh for me.
3932133 In defense of the Wonderbolts last season, they did give Rainbow Dash the opportunity to prove her innocence after they had their own private meeting as to what to do about the situation, and it was Wind Rider, the one actually guilty of the crime, that started putting the blame on Rainbow Dash and got what he deserved when he was found out.
But other than that, yeah they don't leave a great impression.

While i like it, I do agree with you about how the WB were dicks, especially in that episode with Wind Rider, that was uncalled for for Soarin to just instantly blame Dash and shit. Sure Rarity helped and it all worked out, but I would have punched Soarin in the face for doing that if it were me in that situation.
Scootaloo should have done something, but her fangirling for Dash clouded her precious little mind
I wish she would have said something, I'm sure that Spitfire and them would have understood, maybe. I mean, jeez.
