So I just got a confidence boost with my writing... · 1:32am May 9th, 2016

So, call me a weeb all you want when I tell you this, but its truely made me moreconfident in my work for the distant future.

So, if the previous posts from months ago didn't make this obvious enough, I've been reading alot of Jojo. The reason for the confidence boost is because I believe the author of the series, Araki, and I generally think the same. I've got this vibe from Jojo that the entire series was the result of someone just throwing whatever ideas he had for his project right at the pages and not giving a fuck if people liked it, or if it made sense. And it really becomes evident in the part Steel Ball Run where characters are just ass backwards and the powers are fucking OUT THERE, but its such a riot to read. The reason for the bold statement is because one of these characters has a power I've been thinking about basing a character off of for YEARS. Pretty much without getting too into it, said character has the power to reach into All Universes in the multiverse and bring his counterparts into his main universe whenever he wants. Mainly when he's about to die. And the thing that made me go "What?!" Is the fact that this character, even in the infinite universes, unanimously believe in the same dogma and are willing to die for another one to continue their mission. Now, I've been thinking about a character like this since for fucking ever, like since Bioshock Infinite was figured out, since I heard about the multiverse theory back in middle school, when I barely read comicbooks. I don't know if Immortality through infinite dogma is a common thing now, but it wasn't when I was first thinking about it. And right now I'm reading about a character being used in almost the same way I'd use him. Anyway, I just love reading this shit. One because I'm weeb-garbage, and two because this entire series is just proof you can make a living off of just throwing whatever comes to mind onto a page and making it legible. It gives me hope.
