10 Minutes in and I'm already tired

I begin the episode, it seems harmless and cute then the title comes up *David Polsky* NEMESIS! and we have a problem. Instant Spike abuse and we completely recycle the flashback of Hurricane Fluttershy, just with Rainbow. Only this time, I am supposed to believe that a professional air-squadron gives a complete rookie a new formation to learn in 2 day and interacts on the level of grade-school bullies.
GOD! POLSKY! I am so tired of your crap!

And don't come to me with the twist at the end! There is a difference between affectionate name-calling and being bullies. And they were the latter for the whole episode without explaining how things are done. That's not how it works.
