Hehe. I can see the look of the ">twf no parents" ball shifting. Especially the part where Twilight shows up and they've been at it for five minutes and they're all wailing their heads off. I think this piece captures the actual sadness from that aspect missing from their lives, maybe towards the beginning where all parties involved are dealing with that sort of soul crushing weight of "not knowing" and figuring out how to even vocalize it. So towards the end you're getting much more of them venting all their feelings out in the form of a ridiculous amounts of tears and a level of wailing that seems rather odd or comical even from an outside perspective, but feels like a natural outcome of events from the two ponies and one dragon hugging each other.

Sunsets' wings are going to end up closing around the other two, before just kind of being limp on the ground at the end of it; with the three of them in a giant puddle of tears and shared, absurd and tragic misery... and that's how Twi, poor oblivious Twi, finds them and just can't even. (At least, that's how I saw it in my head) You would honestly know better than I.
