Progress Report (5), and life updates. · 3:45am May 2nd, 2016
How's it been going, guys? I don't have much of an excuse for why I'm getting slow on updates in my fics, mostly because my new job has been making me stress out and exhausted by the time I get home. Sure I still had more time the rest of the afternoon/evening before I start again in the next one, but don't you ever just not want to do anything after having such a shitty day? Even when I do want to write, ideas either come and go, or I feel like focusing more on one story than the other, and when you see this progress report, you can pretty much see what I've been working most of my time on:
The Model's Secretary: Chapter 43 -- About 20% finished.
Bonus Chapter (second part to my most recent one) -- 25% finished.
Unleash the Magic: Chapters 8 and 9 -- 100% finished, still needs to be proofread/edited.
Chapter 10 -- 50% finished.
Dear Miss Cheerilee: Chapter 5 -- 50% finished (Story will change to hiatus once chapter is finished and published until further notice).
I've also been dabbling on some new fics I'm still not sure about publishing yet, maybe have some of the guys take a quick look and see what they think once I've written enough of it. One of them even doesn't have anthros in it like usual (WHAT?! DUDELER NOT WRITING ANTHROS?! WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?!). I might even do a special one-shot for Mother's Day (Whether that be through incest or something else, I'm still putting it together in my head).
Add into beating FE Fates (finished Conquest and Birthright, working on Revelations right now) and starting FE Awakening again, there has been a lot going on in my mind lately. Oh, and I guess there's been some family problems recently, too, but that's not new to me and I'd rather not dwell on the details. I've been seeing a counselor to help me through the more stressful times every two weeks, which has been helping, but I need some more people to interact with, mostly just talking about stuff in general. I also want to get back into drawing and learn how to cook, but that motivation just isn't coming to me especially on my more stressful days. I have been working on getting a temporary license to start training in the Pharmacy as a technician for the next two years (hopefully less if I pass the exam to earn it earlier than that) before I try to get certified. Once I get to that point, I'll be planning on something bigger that's better for me in the long run.
Basically, I'm just trying to do what I can to keep myself sane (well, besides whatever shit I put up on the internet anyways), and I appreciate you guys being patient and eagerly waiting for new chapters. I know I said I'd try to update them more frequently, but at this point, I'd be lucky if I'm able to put up at least a chapter of something every other week. I hope you guys can understand and I want to thank you for taking interest in my stories. Here's to the future for what may come to Ozzy, Starry, Minty, and others in their stories, and until next time,

P.S. Highlight of the day: I got myself a new mattress today.

Just a little interesting fact I thought I'd share.
Anyway, take your time, mate. This is a hobby. The only ones who expect authors to put everything on the side so as to write and publish the next chapter by a specific time are arseholes.
Creating takes energy. Sitting down and creating something, be it with words, lines, or whatever, can be something that's just not on the plate after working 8 hours.
Just let us know if you're going to have to go on haiatus >_<
