So, it is actually possible to teleport an object out of a living creature. Those with a good memory may remember that it already occured a long time ago in chapter 5 of Minuette... More exactly, when Minuette got annoyed with the amount of time Trixie was spending in the toilet and ended up teleporting the shit out of her. Literally.
On a side note, I still wonder why more people remember the rope orgasm as the most infamous part of this story, despite the aforementioned scene was, imo, more squicky...
