My school is an A school... For our behavior and grades they're rewarding us... With a field trip... To a water park... No... No, no, no! 
People... Water... Strangers... Fun... No...

Maybe I'd like it if my friend Soul Melody was going... But she's in 8th... It's only for high schoolers.... I don't want to go... It's hard enough to enjoy going to a really big place like that with my own family... I am seriously about to cry...

I totally get what you're going through. But like Shadows Reborn said, the best idea to get you out of your shell is just to pretend to be someone else that day (I speak from experience, this really helps). Pretend that you're this friendly social butterfly and that everyone is your best friend and treat them as such. In short, pretend you're Pinkie Pie. It'll be hard at first, but trust, once you start getting into it, you won't as self conscious anymore.
