I think it's about time I leave the site · 1:03am Apr 25th, 2016
I was going to wait until my birthday to do this, but I think it's time.
I'm sorry, but I just think I'm done with poni.
If you still want to communicate with me, and yes before you ask I am still writing stuff (just not fanfiction anymore), feel free. Send me your Skype, your Discord, whatever is fine. I'm not cutting all ties, i'm just not all that interested in poni anymore.
It was a fun ride, but it's time for me to move on and get aneurysms over the world of original fiction and college work.
But, thank you. It really was fun.
Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.
...Well, just don't forget about us.

God damnit. Why couldn't you just post this 23 days earlier?! Then at least you wouldn't have to read my sad-mail once you left. But now you do:
R.I.P., Flint Sparks.
He didn't finish Rainbow Dash's Shipping Goggles.
Also, R.I.P. all unfinished stories of his.
Truly you commit genocide, even in death.
3893989 I'll still be on Skype. I'm not disappearing completely!
Well this was sudden. It sucks, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Hope to see you around again.
DON'T YOU
FORGET ABOUT ME
[guitar jams]
Welp, I haven't talked to you much but I hope you have fun whatever you're doing after poni. And maybe return to it... once in a while XD
Good luck, and I'll miss having you around!

We actually have a group for original fiction: The A.K. Yearling Society for Original Writing. You now have an excuse to not abandon this site completely.
P.S.) I second ButtonMash's sentiment.
It's gonna be a lot quieter without you around these parts, that's for damn sure...
Good luck with your future endeavors friend.
Nnnnooooo! You promised we'll be together forever! Dancing in the moon light!
Well I hope you come back soon, bro. Ima miss your funny and interesting stories.
Well damn. You will be missed here.
What changed in your life?
Lumie shall miss you!
You were the coolest and snarkiest of us. The chosen one!

Nothin' necessarily has to change.
Excitement fades over time, y'know?
3894820 When somepony publishes 57 stories, it suggests more than just excitement for novelty. One does not just wave one's hand and change the entire lifestyle. I suspect forces, not yet presented, supporting this decision. I wish to gaze upon these shadowy movers.

I would think 57 stories just makes it more likely that you'd really have nothing left to explore.
Don't be silly, though. There is no Lumienaughty, pulling strings behind the scenes. And you'd best stop asking questions if you know what's good for you.
3895345 This feels too sudden to be a mere gradual abandonment.
People generally don't change. Even when they put on a different flavor their core stays the same. A great force is needed to change one's way.
I shall uncover the truth!

Well, it probably hasn't been recent.
I've been losing interest in pony for a while now. At least in the normal fandom glee.
I'm pretty much here for the delicious socialization.
3895482 Many stories remain unfinished. This wasn't planned for through a long period. It must have come about in a relatively short span of time.
I'm here to uncover the meaning of life, and pony is the vehicle of my choice.
3895473 you're half right there, I will always be a writer to the core. I just want to do original stuff now.
As for unfinished stuff, I publish a third of what I write because quality. I'm considering posting the rough draft of RDSG ending just to give closure though.
3895862 Where will you publish your original stories? Is there even a market for those?
Goodspeed Flint. I'll see ya on Skype. When work allows it, that is.
Oh.
Well, best of luck to you, I guess. I'm really going to miss your awesome sense of humor.
Once you have some original stuff up, let us know, alright? I like writers for more than just pony. I'd be excited to see more from you in the future, no matter what it's related to. Don't forget us.
I wanna buy a signed copy of your first print, bruh.
