Missy's Q&A Extravaganza! Here at last! · 5:28am Apr 24th, 2016

1. InkQuill: If you could go on a day out with any of the mane six or other pony, who would it be and what would you do? :3

My answer: Ooohh, both a fun yet difficult question to answer:3 Good question Quill:D Hmm, out of the Mane Six, even though Fluttershy is my favorite pony, I would have to go with Rarity aka second best pony:) She and I would probably do what Rarity and Fluttershy do on their little get togethers: Go to the spa, shopping for cute clothes, and have lunch and coffee at a cute little bistro:) In terms of anypony outside the Mane Six,I would most likely hang out with Discord or Sweetie Belle. Either way,I can go on fun and exciting yet trouble making adventures with these two characters:D Although, if I had the chance of hanging out with multiple characters at once, I would love see a Discord and Fluttershy Tuesday Tea with my own eyes.

However, knowing Discord, I have a feeling that he would stick me in the corner with Smooze and Sweetie Belle. Flutters would get mad, but me and Sweetie wouldn't because being the happy little shippers we are, we would happy just to witness the fluffy Fluttercord up close:3 And Smooze can be, well, just his Smoozey self with a goofy smile on his face:3

2. Toonsgirl:
A. Have you played with My Little Pony toys when you were a kid?
My answer: Hmm, I probably did but I just don't remember. Being the little horse rider and horse lover I was, I probably played with every kind of horse toy imaginable;) Not to mention, read every horse book possible;P But I remember playing mostly with the Breyer horse toys:)

B. What is your favorite episode from My Little Pony?
My answer: Well, so far, I don't have a top number favorite MLP episode of all time. However, I do have a favorite episode from each season so far:) For Season 1, it's a tie between "Dragonshy" and "A Dog and Pony Show". For Season 2, it's "The Canterlot Wedding" (both parts). For Season 3, it's "Keep Calm and Flutter On" for...obvious reasons:3 For Season 4, it's "Twilight's Kingdom" (both parts). For Season 5, it's "Make New Friends but Keep Discord" for again...obvious reasons:3 In terms of Season 6, so far the top spot is taken by "The Gift of Maud Pie", but I have a feeling that upcoming episodes (involving a certain draconequus) make take this spot;)

C. What got you into writing MLP fanfiction?
My answer: Oh, this is a fun little story:D So back after Season 4 concluded, and rumors about the upcoming Season 5 were buzzing all over the pony filled Internet, one particular rumor caught my eye and highly peeked my interest:3 It was a rumor by Mr. John de Lancie Master Troll himself;) His rumor was about how one of the upcoming episodes for Season 5 involved his character Discord being jealous. This was before episode titles and synopsises were coming out, but this rumor was pretty much hinting and confirming the existence of "Make New Friends but Keep Discord"

Back then, to me, this rumor was so juicy that I knew that the Fluttercord fans would eat this up and flood in with thousands of fanfics about this rumor alone:D Back then I waited...and waited...and waited... -_- And nothing happened. Meanwhile, my mind was flooded and consumed by story possibilities and hopes for this rumored episode:0 Then eventually, a fleshed out story came to me. The story ideas wouldn't leave me alone, no matter how hard I tried to ignore it and wait for Fanfiction to pop up stories. However, the story I was hoping for didn't come from other writers, but instead from me:) So, I created my Fanfiction account and published my first story "What? Moi? Me Jealous? Never!":)

D. What other fandoms are you into?
My answer: Hmm, well there are shows and movies I obviously like to watch. And I do look at the stories and art and other contributions that the particular fandoms from these shows and movies that I like. Though, the only one that I remotely contribute to and would be considered "into" for me is Steven Universe. I've published an ongoing Steven Universe story called "The Heart of a Pearl"

E. Who is your favourite character from MLP?
My answer: Fluttershy!!!!! :D

F. What is the first MLP fan fic that you read?
My answer: Hmmm, I honestly don't remember:/

3. AM Shark:
A. I don't know if this is too much into personal territory (You can disregard this question if it is.), but you mentioned a while back that Autism Awareness is an important cause to you, and I just wondered why that particular cause?
My answer: Well since it's my 100 follower special, and since you've known me the longest Sharkie, I might as well tell the tale:) The truth is I have autism:) When I was three years old, I was diagnosed with moderate autism to be precise. The doctors told my parents that I would never talk again. I would never make friends, go to a normal school, get a job, get married, or have a normal life basically. For those who don't know, Autism is a neurological disorder that develops in the early years of a child. There's no cause or cure. A child with autism usually has to deal with sensory issues, and the inability to communicate/socialize with others. Despite the uncertainty in my future, my parents believed that I still had a voice deep inside me. So after some years of early intervention work, I was able to talk again at the age of five. But that didn't stop there, after years of hard work from myself & my family & my parents along with extensive therapy, I was able to recover from autism and become a highly functioning person with autism. Meaning, I can socialize and communicate with others just like everyone else. If you guys ever met me in real life, you wouldn't be able to see it really lol:) Unless, you've been around lots of autistic people and understand their little quirks. Some of mine include of sensory sensitives like nail filing on my fingers and toes, and having not the best of grammar in my writing (as you can tell on pretty much most of my stories here on Fimfiction lol;)) Anyway, I was able to make friends just like everyone else and go to school just like everyone else and a whole lot more<3 Are you guys surprised yet?;) The reason why I didn't tell you guys (or you Sharkie sorry about that) is because autism is only part of my life, it doesn't define my life. It's not my hidden secret or anything, but rather something I like having people figure out on their own. It's not like I can just introduce myself to new people saying "Hello, my name is Missy and I have autism. Nice to meet you." It's just not a big deal to me, there are other things that define who I am. It's not you guys, but rather just Missy being funny and seeing if you can identify my little quirks and such:p However, I figured that well...autistic quirks aren't always clear to see in writing. So it was unfair for me to expect you guys to see it in writing, when it's hard enough for people to see in real life. But mostly, the reason why I'm telling you all this now is because now that I've reached this kind of level and scope with my audience, and with the good percentage of the brony community being on the autistic spectrum, I want to share my story to those in my followers who just might be autistic or know someone who has autism. I hope my story gives some kind of hope, light, and understanding to those going through the world of autism, and maybe help others outside this world learn more about this world as well.

B. What are your favorite Mane 6 shippings and why do they appeal to you? (This is mostly referring to romantic shippings but can also refer to platonic ones. Example: My favorite Twilight shippings are platonic. I don't really ship her romantically with anyone.)
My answer: Well, for starters,I have to start with my OTP obviously;) Fluttercord!:D Fluttershy and Discord, aka the most perfect, and adorable imperfect couple ever:3 As Discord once said, what fun is there in making sense?;)
In terms of my second favorite pony Rarity, I for now have her ship with my OC Diego the werepony. A character from my "Love, Adventure, Friendship is Magic" series. However, as much I love my Rarity x Diego, I'm open to possible canon male characters or really good OC male characters that could possibly compliment Rarity even better than Diego. Sorry Diego:'(
In terms of Rainbow Dash, I ship her, without a doubt with Emerl :3 <3!

He's from my "Love, Adventure, Friendship is Magic" series. He's an actual character from an animated movie called "Quest for Camelot". I recommend you give the movie a watch Sharkie:) It's not perfect by any means and has some obvious flaws, but it has some good qualities that make up for it in my opinion and it's fun:) Anyway, this griffin character from this movie doesn't actually have a name so I had to give him one once he entered into my story. He played an henchmen character for the villain in the movie. Even though he sounds evil and squeaky like Golem, he never struck me as a bad guys but rather a victim of circumstance that has to serve the villain for some kind of temporary purpose. This was never explored in the movie, or how this griffin came to work for this villain so I decided to touch on it in my story:) He wasn't given too much personality in the actual movie, but the personality I gave him was kinda the strong silent type that actually pretty smart and kind and gentle once you get to know. He's new to the world of Equestria, but still pretty easy going. He's very much Rainbow's opposite in every way, but they are soooo cute together and bounce each other so well and as well in a kinda funny way that you wouldn't think that they would make a good couple. But they do!:D It wasn't love at first sight, but rather get to know each other through friendship to build a relationship. I think you would like them Sharkie:)
In terms of Pinkie Pie, of course I'm going with Cheese Sandwich:D! Cheesepie 4EVAR!XD

Just look at them, they're just toooooooooo adorable that I can squish their faces!:3 They're two birds of the same feather, two peas in the same pot, yet still have small yet distinct differences from each other which equals into a result of the perfect same personality couple <3 Plus, we must take into consideration how well the writers crafted their first encounter story as foals, along with how their friendship/relationship builded within the episode of Pinkie Pride itself & how Cheese Sandwich is such a well crafted yet distinct male MLP character:)
In terms of Applejack, due to a certain writer's fabulous story;) , I now ship her with Screwjob:3 Not only are they too funny together, but they're adorable together because I think they compliment/bounce off each other well, Screwjob is romantic yet persistent yet charming and likable (succeeding in areas in which Trenderhoof didn't) and likes AJ for her strong personality & looks, and I love how AJ wants none of what Screwy has to offer so farXD! LOL!XD It's so her!XD I look forward to see how their relationship progresses in your story Sharkie:)
In terms of Twilight, I ship her with Clutterstep:3

He's from Silver Quill's Princess's Tears comic on Deviantart. Unlike Flash Sentry, he has a unique yet cute design and a well developed personality. He's clumsy, however he's smart and witty and resourceful and sarcastic and surprisingly dorky & gentle. Especially around Twilight:3 He and Twilight have such a cute first meeting story when they're little, and Clutterstep was the perfect character to help comfort Twilight when she's crying during this comic<3

C. What were your 10 favorite movies you saw last year? (They can be movies that came out last year or that came out earlier.)
My answer: Well, since I didn't see too many movies last year, my list will be a top five rather than a top ten.
1. Disney's live action Cinderella (Way better than the original animation, and adds to the story in extraordinary and beautiful ways <3! Lily James is the perfect Cinderella:3)
2. Pitch Perfect 2 (While not as good as the first movie, and has some long parts, as far sequels go this was pretty good)
3. Peanuts Movie (Some long parts here and there, but overall, beautiful animation and classic Peanuts that make you feel warm and fuzzy:3)
4. Sisters (Warning this is a rated R movie, so kiddies under 18 do not watch. Yes I am of appropriate age to watch this.)
5. Spy (Warning this is a rated R movie, so kiddies under 18 do not watch. Yes I am of appropriate age to watch this.)

D. When did you first get into MLP?
My answer: 5 years ago when the first episode of MLP's Friendship is Magic first premiered on the Hub:) And I've been hooked ever since:3 <3

(Me as Fluttershy and Rarity as the MLP show)

4. Wooly: Sorry, biologist here. :)
Haha lol no worries Wooly, all kinds of questions are welcomed here:) Especially questions about nature and biology (in a scientific way that is;))
A. What's your favourite animal?
My answer: Tie between owls, turtles, birds in general, dogs, and horses <3 :3

B. What's your favourite plant?
My answer: Oh, tough one. Well, I split this into two categories. My favorite flower is the sunflower. (particularly the teddy bear sunflower<3)

In terms of plants that are not flowers, I love trees <3 Particularly, Sliver Birches and Weeping Willows :3

5. ThebeautifulFlutterwhite
A. What 's your next generation names of MLP?
My answer: In terms of Fluttershy & Discord, so far I'm sticking with DF's Screwball and Zany as their kids. But I'm open to other well developed OCs and open to my mind coming up with some OCs of my own.
In terms of Rainbow and Emerl, their child is Sapphire. She's a hippogriff, a half pony and half griffon creature that's twice as tall as a regular pony but slightly shorter than her giant griffon father. She's dark navy and light blue. Her personality is very much like her mother's, tomboyish and adventurous and confident and dreams to be an awesome flyer like her mother. However, unlike her mother, Sapphire is more of a powerful gust flyer than a speedy flyer. But she's still faster than most pegasi. She looks up to her mother in a similar fashion that young Scootaloo looked up to Rainbow back in the day. However, she definitely inherited some griffon quirks from her father like the love of eating meat, having an appetite greater than her love for speed, loving to horde jewels and valuable trash and food in her room like a nest, squawking like a bird and purring/mewoing like a cat (with all the quirks on being half bird and half kitty), and loves to wrestle/rough house with her best friend Ruffles.
Speaking of Ruffles, she's the daughter of Rarity and Diego. She's a light purple half pony and half werepony, who's kinda the the Fluttershy of the group. Not necessarily, but rather soft spoken and sweet and kind-hearted. However, like Sapphire, she has her quirks due to the animal characteristics she inherited from her father. She likes to collect and bury bones in the backyard like a puppy, chase her own tail, run on nice sunny days, and sometimes rough house/wrestle with her bestie Sapphire (who has a FluttershyxRainbow relationship with her). Ever since they were young, Sapphire and Ruffles were particularly close to each other since they were both foals with animal like tendencies and they could express these tendencies with each other, instead with other foals whom they could hurt with their incredible strength and speed. However, Ruffles is comparatively weaker to Sapphire, which means Sapphire usually wins. However, Ruffles is the brains and Jimmy Cricket of the relationship to Sapphire's quick judgements. Ruffles tries to act like a lady and keep her animal tendencies to herself, in order for her mother to not worry about her so much. Rarity always worries that other ponies will judge her because she's a half pony offspring.
In terms of Pinkie and Cheese, I haven't finalize on their foals names and designs and personalities yet. Still thinking on that one.
In terms of Twilight and Clutterstep, they have a daughter named either Sparkle Step or Twinkle Step (which one do you guys like?) Anway, she's a navy colored unicorn with a light purple and dark purple and pink striped mane, with a particularly long unicorn horn. Much like Sapphire, Twilight's daughter looks up to her with great pride and admiration. So much so in fact, she inspires to become an alicorn someday, earn her wings, and follow as her mother's successor. However, her magic is great, it is not as great as her mothers. Which frustrates the young unicorn. She's clumsy like her father, which sometimes results in accidental bursts of magic here and there. But she's also sacrastic and witty like him, with a hint of geeky and dorkyness from her mother. She even has her father's signature white ring around her right eye.
In terms of Applejack and Screwjob, well, let's just say that I'm leaving that one to AM Shark;)

B. Is there shipping you can't decide to hate or to love?
My answer: Well I don't know about the "hate or love" category, but there are ships that I can't decide whether to dismiss or ship:/ Sunburst x Starlight, Apple Bloom x Tender Tap, Ember x Spike,

and Big Mac x Marble Pie,

C. What's your favorite song of all time?
My Answer: "Music of the Night" from The Phantom of the Opera <3

D. Have you ever seen a movie you thought you would hate, but after you had seen it, you actually like?
My answer: Well I don't know about hate, but there are two movies that I use to be afraid of without actually seeing the movies themselves. Lol!XD When my little eyes behold the alien E.T. from the movie "E.T." and Jim Carrey's green self in the live action "How the Grinch Stole Christmas", wel...let's just say that I was so scared by how JIm Carrey and E.T. looked that I refused to see the two movies because I though the movies would be scary too just like Grinchy Jim Carrey and E.T. XD However, luckily, when I got alittle older, my parents and my friends were able to convince to these two movies a chance. After I gave them a chance, E.T. became one of the cutest aliens ever to me as well one of the cutests Sci-Fi films I've ever seen (probably my only favorite Sci-Fi film for me), AND the live action "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" became one of my favorite Christmas classics that I like to watch every year around the holidays and became one of Jim Carrey's funniest movies for me:D

E. What's your favorite color?
My answer: Blue, specifically light blue and turquoise

P.S. Check out what AM Shark drew for me for the 100 Followers Special:D

Classy picture AM Shark drew!

I know, right?:pinkiehappy:

Sorry my sister and I didn't get to submit questions. We couldn't think of anything.

That's okay, I still appreciate you guys reading the Q&A and following me on Fimfiction?:) What did u guys think of the Q&A?:)

The story ideas wouldn't leave me alone, no matter how hard I tried to ignore it and wait for Fanfiction to pop up stories.

*Chuckles* It's funny but that's actually similar to how I felt when I first came up with the idea for TDwtDT. Except I wasn't waiting for anyone else to use the same idea, I was just trying to squash it in my own head. (Heh, heh, thank goodness that didn't work.)

Thanks for answering my question about the Autism Awareness stuff. Also I hope you don't mind, but I might have some more questions regarding aspects of Autism in the future.

However, I figured that well...autistic quirks aren't always clear to see in writing. So it was unfair for me to expect you guys to see it in writing, when it's hard enough for people to see in real life.

*Chuckles* Yeah, when all you've got to go on is words on a screen, it's hard to tell who's autistic and who's just a crummy editor. *Laughs nervously* No offense.

It sure gave me a better understanding of things. And a new level of respect for you personally.
I can't really put my thoughts into words so how about I borrow someone else's.

He's an actual character from an animated movie called "Quest for Camelot". I recommend you give the movie a watch Sharkie:) It's not perfect by any means and has some obvious flaws, but it has some good qualities that make up for it in my opinion and it's fun:)

I've actually already seen Quest for Camelot (And for the record, I agree it's not perfect but I still enjoyed it.) but thanks for the recommendation anyway.

Dawww, you're so sweet.

In terms of Applejack and Screwjob, well, let's just say that I'm leaving that one to AM Shark;)

Screwjob: Apps, you must be crazy about me if you were willing to have five children with me.
Applejack: Naw, I'm just trying to lose you in the crowd.

Hey, thanks. Glad you guys like the picture.

Oh, by the way, I just noticed we both have ideas for Rainbow Dash's possible kids that involve the color blue. *Chuckles* I guess it's another case of great minds think alike.

Thanks for answering my question about the Autism Awareness stuff. Also I hope you don't mind, but I might have some more questions regarding aspects of Autism in the future.

No prob, I was happy to answer it:twilightsmile: Of course, you are totally free to ask more questions in the future because I like answering them in order to help others understand the world of autism:twilightsmile: I should have mentioned in the blog how if my followers and readers have any questions about autism please don't hesitate to ask. I encourage it because I'm a public advocate for Autism Speaks, oops forgot mention that in the blog too. My bad:twilightoops:
Anyway, I find it quite refreshing that you have questions and that you're not afraid to ask me cause usually whenever I tell my friends in real life about my autism for the first time, and then tell them to ask me any questions about autism, they're always afraid to ask me questions:/ Even though I know they have questions:ajbemused: Why is that? I have a feeling it's like the center of a tootsie pop, the world may never know:raritywink:

*Chuckles* Yeah, when all you've got to go on is words on a screen, it's hard to tell who's autistic and who's just a crummy editor. *Laughs nervously* No offense.

Haha lol no taken, especially in my case:twilightsheepish:

It sure gave me a better understanding of things. And a new level of respect for you personally.

I can't really put my thoughts into words so how about I borrow someone else's. "Meant to Be" Veggietales Song.

Dawww really?:heart: Daww thank you so much, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that:twilightsmile::heart: But what I appreciate even more was you conveying your thoughts through this beautiful veggietales song that I didn't know even existed!:D The reason why it means so much to me is because, not only it is Veggietales and the gesture of applying this song is compliment alone, but also being an a public advocate for autism, it means so much to know that my work so far in spreading my story and the word to others is making a difference. I consider one of my main life purposes is to be the voice for those who feel like they're too different to speak or can't speak at all, so it means so much to know that who I am as a person is coming through to others clearly:)

I've actually already seen Quest for Camelot (And for the record, I agree it's not perfect but I still enjoyed it.) but thanks for the recommendation anyway.

Oh cool, you've seen it and we share a similar opinion about it:) What did u think of the griffon character in the movie?:)

Screwjob: Apps, you must be crazy about me if you were willing to have five children with me.

Applejack: Naw, I'm just trying to lose you in the crowd.

Bwhaha lol!XD AJ would say something like this to Screwy, lol so hard!XD

In terms of Sapphire and Blue Skies, oh my gosh!XD Not only are they both blue, but both of their names relate to the color blue, lol!XD What do u think of my Sapphire character? Is she too much of Rainbow's duplicate? I feel like I'm just as guilty as those other people who make Rainbow's kids carbon copies of her:/

A wonderful Q&A , and thank you for answering my questions:heart:

First at all I'd never ever imagined you had Autism. I always knew you were coolest and were an astonishing sweet person:rainbowkiss:, but after I have heard your background I just think you are so inspirational for others there have Autism:raritystarry:.

Are you guys surprised yet?;) The reason why I didn't tell you guys (or you Sharkie sorry about that) is because autism is only part of my life, it doesn't define my life. It's not my hidden secret or anything, but rather something I like having people figure out on their own. It's not like I can just introduce myself to new people saying "Hello, my name is Missy and I have autism. Nice to meet you." It's just not a big deal to me, there are other things that define who I am.

I completely understand why you didn't tell us that you have Autism. It can be hard to tell and make people understand that something there stands on a piece of paper doesn't define who you are or how you life should be. (Not all of but some people )But anyway I think you are just so inspiring for others:heart: .

But mostly, the reason why I'm telling you all this now is because now that I've reached this kind of level and scope with my audience, and with the good percentage of the brony community being on the autistic spectrum, I want to share my story to those in my followers who just might be autistic or know someone who has autism. Awwwww, you're so sweet:heart: and you have a beautiful mind, darling:raritystarry:. The way you think is just so inspirational and Unique ( in a good way):yay:To say for short I just love you way to think:heart::yay::pinkiehappy:
Even though I know your OCs, I just want to see if they had change or stay to same, and I'm glad to see they didn't change, because they are so wonderful in their own way:pinkiehappy:(And because have change mine, so I was curious:twilightblush: You ask me some months ago you ask me for a name for the Cheese Pie, and this is the best names I can come up with.: The names are Delight, Elation, Joy,Glee, Gladness,Felice, and Bless
I hope they are okay:twilightblush:
thanks again for answering mine questions:heart:
By the way Emrel is awesome to look at!:raritystarry: Rainbow your Lucky duck:raritywink:

A wonderful Q&A , and thank you for answering my questions:heart:

No problem, thank you for submitting questions and reading/enjoying the Q&A:pinkiehappy::twilightsmile:

First at all I'd never ever imagined you had Autism. I always knew you were coolest and were an astonishing sweet person:rainbowkiss:, but after I have heard your background I just think you are so inspirational for others there have Autism:raritystarry:.

Dawww, I swear your compliments always make me smile and blush:pinkiehappy::twilightsmile::heart: I swear, you're too sweet and too much (in a good way of course):raritywink:

I completely understand why you didn't tell us that you have Autism. It can be hard to tell and make people understand that something there stands on a piece of paper doesn't define who you are or how you life should be. (Not all of but some people )But anyway I think you are just so inspiring for others:heart: .

Well, my reason for not telling right away comes from me seeing autism as not as a big deal, and letting people figure it out for themselves cause I see autism as something part of my life and it doesn't define who I am. As a public advocate, I have no difficulty in explaining what autism is and I'm comfortable with it. It can be hard, but the reason why it's hard is when people don't ask questions. When they don't ask, they never learn or understand. And they need to learn and understand, with statistics showing 1 in 60 children are being diagnosed with autism in the US. And autism is world wide and increasing. So, I'm not scared to talk about it but rather I don't like making friends or others feel intimidated by me or by the topic of autism. But I'm glad that you are not and find my story inspirational and worthy of respect:) When not alot of my followers weren't really commented on this blog post, I was worried that I kinda scared people away by bringing up my story. But I have a feeling that's not the case:)
But anyway, thank you for your support and for understanding<3 Don't hesitate to ask any questions on autism, okay?:)
Are these Cheesepie names for your OC kids or mine? I really like them:)
Tehee, well Emerl is lucky to have such a cute tomboy mare:3 They're a good lucking couple:3

3920932 Dear wonderful Missy

No problem, thank you for submitting questions and reading/enjoying the Q&A

No need to thank me, Missy:twilightblush:! Thank you for making it!<3:heart:

Dawww, I swear your compliments always make me smile and blush:pinkiehappy::twilightsmile::heart: I swear, you're too sweet and too much (in a good way of course):raritywink:

I'm not giving you compliments, darling:pinkiesmile:. I'm only telling the truth! :):pinkiehappy:

Well, my reason for not telling right away comes from me seeing autism as not as a big deal, and letting people figure it out for themselves cause I see autism as something part of my life and it doesn't define who I am.

Opps!:twilightoops: Sorry for the misunderstanding on my side ( I'm blushing):twilightblush: and again I understand who something that stands on a piece of paper doesn't who you are. :pinkiehappy: ( and I meant:twilightsmile:):)

1 out of 60 children:pinkiegasp: I didn't know that. I knew Autism were World wide, but so many people:pinkiegasp:a That's simple amazing:pinkiehappy::) Just think about more beautiful minds out there, but of course it would be hard to find others as wonderful and beautiful like Missy <3!:yay::heart:

So, I'm not scared to talk about it but rather I don't like making friends or others feel intimidated by me or by the topic of autism. .

Again I understand, Missy :):pinkiehappy:! I don't feel like making friends either. I wouldn't understand why people would be intimidated by you or topic. Autism is World wide, and many have it. Just look at Temple Grandin. She has Autism and in the 2010 she was named in the "Heroes" category by Time 100, an annual list of the one hundred most influential people in the World.:)

But I'm glad that you are not and find my story inspirational and worthy of respect:)

Of course, Missy. Your story is truly and unbelievable beautiful:raritystarry::heart: And I'm glad that I got to know it:pinkiehappy::)

When not alot of my followers weren't really commented on this blog post, I was worried that I kinda scared people away by bringing up my story. But I have a feeling that's not the case:)

I can't answer for others, but maybe they felt they got nothing clever to say:applejackunsure:? Of course I don't know :applejackunsure:?

But anyway, thank you for your support and for understanding<3 quote]
Your very welcome, sweetie::Heart <3:!

Don't hesitate to ask any questions on autism, okay?:)

Okay thank you!:pinkiesmile::heart: <3

I really like them:)

I'm glad that you like them:pinkiehappy::)

Tehee, well Emerl is lucky to have such a cute tomboy mare:3 They're a good lucking couple:3

You're so right. They are so cute together:rainbowkiss:. I totally ship them:heart: <3

Of course, you are totally free to ask more questions in the future because I like answering them in order to help others understand the world of autism:twilightsmile: I should have mentioned in the blog how if my followers and readers have any questions about autism please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks, some of the things I'm curious about are those sensory and socializing issues you mentioned, because they remind me of some of my own personality traits and I'm wondering how you can tell if someone is autistic vs. just shy and/or reserved. Do you prefer the questions as public comments (like on this blog) or as private messages?

Oh, little side note I forgot to mention:

and since you've known me the longest Sharkie,

Wow, really? Hmm, I did not know that.

Dawww really?:heart: Daww thank you so much, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that:twilightsmile::heart: But what I appreciate even more was you conveying your thoughts through this beautiful veggietales song that I didn't know even existed!:D

*Chuckles* Oh, believe me, when I posted that video I meant what it said.

Oh cool, you've seen it and we share a similar opinion about it:) What did u think of the griffon character in the movie?:)

I was a kid when I first saw it, and at the time I just kind of lumped the griffon together with the rest of the bad guys, and didn't think of him that much as a character. But that movie was also my first introduction to griffons, and prompted me to try and find out more about them, so I have to thank it for that.

What do u think of my Sapphire character? Is she too much of Rainbow's duplicate? I feel like I'm just as guilty as those other people who make Rainbow's kids carbon copies of her:/

Well, I'd probably have to see her in action before deciding if she's too much Rainbow's duplicate or not, but from what I read of your description, it sounds like she also has some traits from her dad and that's a good thing.

Admittedly I'm no expert on creating next-gen OC's, seeing as my only work to date features two OCs neither of whom are next-gen, but from what I've observed about parents and their children in real life, the kids are usually a blend of the parents' different traits. Sometimes they might resemble one parent more than the other in terms of appearance or personality, but there's always some of the other in there. (That's probably why I'm not really into couples that are essentially just a male and female version of the same character.)

And sometimes the kids even have traits similar to other relatives rather then the parents.
(*Chuckles* Confession time: I am thoroughly sick of Cheesepie kids who are pretty much just miniature Pinkie clones. Come on, Cheese Sandwich used to be shy as kid! Look at Pinkie's sisters! Let's put a bit of that in the mix! I like Pinkie Pie better with Maud Pie than with Cheese Sandwich anyway. *Glares at any perverts reading this comment* Not like that, you gutterbrains! It's their sisterly love I adore!)

So while it sounds like Sapphire has some things in common with Rainbow Dash, I don't think that's automatically a bad thing. Plus there's the whole part-griffon thing to consider. If she was just another pegasus, then I'd probably come down a bit harder on the "like Rainbow Dash thing" (*Chuckles* Hence the reason I took Blue Skies the route I did.) but I'm curious to see how you incorporate those traits into a hippogriff.

*Giggles* And it still cracks me that Sapphire and Blue Skies both have blue in their names and their complexions. What are the odds?

Oh, and glad you liked the little dialogue bit between Applejack and Screwjob.

Opps! Sorry for the misunderstanding on my side ( I'm blushing) and again I understand who something that stands on a piece of paper doesn't who you are. ( and I meant):)

Oh I gotcha:0 Oops, my bad my girl so don't be sorry:)

Just think about more beautiful minds out there, but of course it would be hard to find others as wonderful and beautiful like Missy <3!

Daww well thank you for thinking and saying how beautiful their minds are, along with mine lol:twilightsmile::twilightblush::heart: It means alot that you think the autistic mind is a beautiful place:twilightsmile::heart:

Again I understand, Missy :)!

Oh oops, this is my bad again because I mean to say I don't like making my friends feel intimidated by me. So don't be sorry, this is my bad:twilightblush: Anyway, fun fact: According to my parents, when I was little, I actually meet Miss Temple Grandin:) Unfortunately, I don't remember meeting her, because well, I was super young when I met her:twilightblush: However, I know well of all the accomplishments she contributed to the autism community and the animal community:D

Of course, Missy. Your story is truly and unbelievable beautiful And I'm glad that I got to know it:)

Dawww thank you:twilightsmile::heart:

I can't answer for others, but maybe they felt they got nothing clever to say? Of course I don't know ?

Haha lol maybe, but probably not quite;)

You're so right. They are so cute together. I totally ship them <3

By the way I'm not actually the only one that thinks that the Autistic mind is a beautiful place.<3
Actually on youtube are there a video/countdown by the website Wacthmojo, which I highly can recommend to any one with Autism or actually any ones else for that matter, because it is truly inspirational for all minds.:):yay: The countdown name is "Top 10 most Inspirational People With Autism And Asperger syndrome" and it starts with saying and I quote"These are the beautiful minds that broaden our view of the World"
So I'm not the only one to think you've beautiful minds. <3:heart:
( But don't think, I only think that Autistic people have gorgeous minds just because watchmojo said so:twilightblush:.No I thought that Autism was wonderful before I saw the video:pinkiesmile:) :)<3

Oh oops, this is my bad again because I mean to say I don't like making my friends feel intimidated by me. So don't be sorry, this is my bad:twilightblush:

Oh don't be worry ,Honey. It can hard to understand each other on the internet. :)

Anyway, fun fact: According to my parents, when I was little, I actually meet Miss Temple Grandin:) Unfortunately, I don't remember meeting her, because well, I was super young when I met her:twilightblush:

Wow :-o:pinkiegasp: You have met her:raritystarry: Wow that is just amazing :D<3:rainbowkiss:!

I don't mind answering this question as a public comment on my blog:) But for more future questions about autism by Sharkie, it would be easier for me to answer them on our PM messages just because format wise and replying to long comments on blog is another task entirely:twilightblush: Anyway:D! The main difference between a shy/reserved person and autism is that autism is a neurological disorder that literally controls the mind of the individual and an autistic mind is literally formed and wired completely different from a quote on quote "normal" brain; while shyness or reservedness is a personality trait and how the mind of the individual is accustomed and developed to socialize with others and how the individual presents themselves. A personality trait is a reflection of borned nature and nuture, while autism is something that is hard to control and forces you to act a certain way even though you want to act against it. Personality and autism both have a element of choice because shy people can learn to be more social with others based on self motivation and learning from others (like Fluttershy), while people with autism can learn to control their autism through years of therapy and early intervention and hard work and self motivation. Both personality and autism still have to express in a sense their basic inherent traits, shy people like Fluttershy will always have small traces of their shy tendencies in body language or speech or all the above in a small spectrum that's not as noticeable; while people with autism will always have their small autistic tendencies that are expressed through their body language or speech or all the above in a very wide and large spectrum varying from highly noticeable to not so noticeable. Autism is a disability unlike personality, which is why autism is harder to control and learn about versus personality. The funny yet complex thing about autism itself itself, that varies itself greatly from personality and any developmental disability out there, is that it has a very large and vast spectrum in it's diagnosis and how severe it can be. It can range from not severe to moderate to highly severe, myself being on the middle part or moderate part of the spectrum. There's also categories within autism that is beyond the simple linear spectrum, and each category has it's own linear spectrum as well.
Strictly autistic category is when a child is able to talk before their diagnosis around the age of three or four, however after learning how to talk, the child slowly loses this inherent ability along with all the social behavior that the parents have taught the child. By two or three or four, they lose the ability completely and display the typical autistic tendencies along with the child's own unique tendencies that relate to autism as well. Aspergers syndrome, a common category in the autism spectrum, is when a child never loses their ability to speak but still display autistic tendencies and have great difficulties/disability in properly socializing with others and adapting into social situations naturally and picking up on social cues and so overall understanding social behavior. There's even angelism I believe, a category in autism where the the individual is completely parazyled and disabled due to how autism wired and configured their brains resulting in the individual completely relying on others but also very short life spans:( Now, autistic tendencies is a very wide spectrum that is hard to generalize but there are common tendencies you can pick up on. Usually, autistic tendencies revolve around the individual's senses. Due to how autistic minds are wired, their senses are heightened. Their eyes are sensitive to light, their ears sensitive to loud and/or high pitched sounds, their skin sensitive to human touch, and a whole lot more. Much like animals where their senses are heightened as well. These heightened senses can make it very difficult for social interactions and learning how to talk/socialize. In fact, these senses can get so bad that it can be hard for the individual to leave the house or walk outside. However, these heightened senses have a spectrum and the individuals can learn to adapt to situations that are not ideal to their heightened senses. Usually, the autistic minds are have high IQs and this is usually due to them being visual learners and their minds always constantly thinking. Literally, they can't stop thinking and it's hard to shut their minds off even if they want to. This usually results in the individuals not sleeping at night and wandering around their homes at night in order to calm their minds for rest. Their minds also needs a constant feed and flow of information, adding more reason why they have such high IQs. Usually, individuals with autism can become obsessive over one topic or skill and master in this topic or skill. The range for this one topic or skill are full of possibilities and it's endless because it can be specific and unique for the individual itself. This one topic or skill helps calm and soothe the autistic mind, and fives them order and routine. One of the key needs of the autistic mind is scheduling, order, and routine. This can make them persistent against change itself, but they can learn to adapt. They can learn to like and learn about other topics and skills, if taught and encouraged heavily to do so. Also, individuals with autism have the tendency of curling their backs and leaning their bodies forwarded constantly, but mostly they are shown with their hands and arms curled close into their bodies. This affects their fine motor skills. Interesting fact about individuals with autism, while they do look like everyone else, individuals of autism do share the common trait of having angel like faces. Meaning they have cherub structured like faces. Because of this, people of the autism community sometimes like to call people with autism as little angels or silent angels<3 Autism is most common in boys versus girls, and for some reason, it's very common it certain to happen in twins. Does this answer your question? Does all of this make any sense? Let me know if it doesn't. The world of autism can be a very confusing place. I mean it took me years to get it all down.

Wow, really? Hmm, I did not know that.

Oh well, I meant in terms of Fanfiction and Fimfiction that is:) Sorry didn't mean in like real life

But that movie was also my first introduction to griffons, and prompted me to try and find out more about them, so I have to thank it for that.

Oh cool:)

Well, I'd probably have to see her in action before deciding if she's too much Rainbow's duplicate or not,

Fair enough, but I'm glad that you're going to give her a chance:)

Admittedly I'm no expert on creating next-gen OC's

So far, you're good at creating them to me:)
In terms of the Cheesepie kids, I know what you mean and I don't blame you one bit!:0 Just curious, are you creating ideas for your version of Cheesepie offspring?:D I'm creating mine though they don't have names or color appearance wise, but I have a son character for them who is kinda Maud like in personality but he actually has aspergers and his special talent is in singing and musicals:) I want him to have younger siblings as twins who are energetic and cheerful like Pinkie and Cheese. What do u think?

3928906
Another thing I forgot to add in my long autism answer is that each individual with autism is different. It's like snowflakes and finger prints, individuals with autism are specialized and unique in their diagnosis. That's why autism has such a wide spectrum and why the process for diagnosis can be long because the individuals has to part of some category on the spectrum, and the individual can have all or some or just a couple of the usual autistic tendencies. An individual can be diagnosed at any age in their lifetime, but it's highly recommended that these individuals are diagnosed at a young age in order to have early intervention and help them. A big difference that separates autism from shyness is that autism requires a medical diagnosis because it's a developmental disability that requires therapy and retraining of the brain. Shyness doesn't require therapy or retraining of the brain. Also, individuals with autism are known to have digestive problems and their stomachs being very sensitive. So, what you feed autistic individuals is very important. If you need more proper information on the signs for autism in children and adults, look on The Autism Speaks websites and the information sites provided on The Autism Speaks site:) I hope this helps:)

Does this answer your question? Does all of this make any sense? Let me know if it doesn't.

Phew, that was a lot of information. Yes, it did help answer my question, thank you. Though I'll likely still have more questions in the future, or want to know more details about some of what you mentioned. In which case, I'll check that website you mentioned and/or PM you my question.

Oh well, I meant in terms of Fanfiction and Fimfiction that is:) Sorry didn't mean in like real life

*Chuckles* That's okay, I kind of doubted you meant in real life. You're actually the one I've known the longest on Fanfiction and Fimfiction as well.

Just curious, are you creating ideas for your version of Cheesepie offspring?:D

At the moment, I don't really have any ideas for Cheesepie kids, and unless I end up coming up with some in the future, I might just go the No-kids route with them, since I could see Pinkie being happy just playing the aunt to her friends' kids. Plus, I feel it adds a bit more variety to the mane 6's futures if some of them go the marriage-and-kids route, while some of them don't. *Chuckles* I'm afraid I love Spike and Twilight together (non-romantically) too much to ship either of them romantically with anyone else. And while I'm okay with Rarity having a love interest, part of me thinks it would be kind of interesting/funny if she ends up deciding she's happy being single, given that when she first shows up in the show she's got that "looking for a prince" mindset. Would that be in character? *Shrugs* Eh, maybe not, but I still think it could be interesting to look at.

I'm creating mine though they don't have names or color appearance wise, but I have a son character for them who is kinda Maud like in personality but he actually has aspergers and his special talent is in singing and musicals:) I want him to have younger siblings as twins who are energetic and cheerful like Pinkie and Cheese. What do u think?

Hmm, that could make for an interesting dynamic between the older brother and the younger siblings. (Have you decided what kind of twins they are?) I can say from experience that it takes a lot of compromise to get along with siblings very different from you. I wonder if the older one would kind of feel like the outsider because of his different personality? *Chuckles* Though another part of me wonders if Pinkie and Cheese would actually find it harder to deal with younger kids because they're so similar.
Since I mentioned that idea about that possible Fluttercord daughter being shy like her mother, I've been thinking it might be interesting if Fluttershy actually finds that trait frustrating in her daughter because she both understands what it feels like, and can see what it looks like from the outside. Kind of a "been there, done that" thing, but at the same time wanting the spare the kid from the rougher parts of it, if that makes any sense.

I know this is an old blog post, but:

However, as much I love my Rarity x Diego, I'm open to possible canon male characters or really good OC male characters that could possibly compliment Rarity even better than Diego. Sorry Diego:'(

Hmm, based on who's in your latest story, should we assume this has happened?
