Hooray, filling in during third shift when all the kiddos are asleep and not being unholy terrors. 
Over the last several days, I went and checked for continuity breaks between Those Who Sport With Giants and Eleven. Those have been dealt with. While I was at it, I also made the format between both stories uniform, namely that thoughts appear italicized and in separate paragraphs from narration; I think that'll make parts of Giants easier to read. Also in Giants, I cleaned up unnecessary telling, being too much of a thesaurus in avoidance of the word "said," and points that weren't clear as well...and dealt with "Lavender Unicorn Syndrome." 
Oh man, was I ever a big violator of that in m' first fic, especially during the game. 
Even with adding detail to show instead of tell, inserting missing words, and clarifying blurry descriptions, I still ended up shedding 618 more words than what were added. 
Only the first and second chapters, and epilogue, ended up longer. Sheesh.
With all that cleaned up, I'm debating submitting it to Equestria Daily again, since they didn't give it a strike when they rejected it last time.
