I've been recently been looking at the group Innocent Twilight is Exiled Forever and reminds of a fanfic that I got working on that will tackle that which is the sequel to Megas WBM called Megas WBM Seed.
It crosses over with Gundam Seed and Megas XLR (for the latter it is after Season 2), in the story Twilight Sparkle is exiled for a crime she didn't do, but when a certain chubby blonde and his buddy (aka my OC Perseus) come to her by accident, the duo with Twilight in two attempted to contact their allies to help Twilight, but then a portal opens and sucks the trio into the Cosmic Era and into the story of Gundam Seed.
Twilight will pilot a Gundam and along the way, she'll discover a secret about her new friend Perseus that will blow her mind away and change things forever.
Just to be clear, I'm also working on another Twilight Sparkle is exiled story called Dimensional Rim, but that story is a non-cannon spin-off set in my Vandread GA universe and Equestria Adventures story time line.
