. I am really enjoying living in the new home so far and have a sense of freedom for it, though I am still settling in and adjusting
. Well anyway, it’s been another awesome year here and I’ve met more great people, got a new job have new things going on in my life and can’t wait to continue this journey on this site as well

Hello there everypony
<Minor spoilers in this part>
To start off, I found the new episode with Maud to be really enjoyable. I personally really enjoyed the episode. It was really cool to learn more about Maud Pie and to see her do some…rather interesting and unexpected things (i.e. “Maud Sense” funny and appropriate 
). The tensions of Pinkie and her dilemma were also funny as well as understandable; I mean, a lot of us have had an instance where we expect to buy or do something and it doesn't work out the way we want it to, right? I also couldn’t help but see some concepts from the classic “The Gift of the Magi” in there with the irony on Pinkie's part in the episode. Though it wasn't completely in line with that story, I felt that tale's vibe while watching this episode. It also is gave a good life lesson about how it doesn't matter whether a gift is good or expensive, and when it is given with love and from the heart, then it doesn't matter what the gift may be.. Overall I thought it was a really nice episode and is one of my favorites of the season so far 
Next, now that the convention has passed and everything is settling down for me, it’s back to writing 
. The next chapter of the story is coming along nicely and this new episode has given me some ideas to include in future chapters. I have no set date about when the next chapter will be out and my schedule has been and still is, pretty random and hectic, but I will keep it updated and going as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience and understanding everyone 
Finally: I’m going to do chapter progressions on “To See Her Smile” for those who are interested and will update them as the story progresses. I got this idea from a few other authors I follow on here and thought it may be cool to try. I’ll do it in a separate blog that will be up later tonight or tomorrow morning.
