So, today, I got up early to walk down to the school to go to another journalism competition... Only to find that the bus wasn't there.
My teacher told me that we leave at 7:45. I got there at 7:20. AND THE BUS. WASN'T. THERE. I AM LIVID.
I texted a fellow competitor, though, and they told me that my first event wasn't until 12:00 anyway, but how the hell do you mess up on telling your team of competitors when to show up so the bus can actually take them to the competition? Thankfully it's not too far away and someone could drive me up there later on, but honestly, I don't even feel up to it at this point. Competition is a drag and I don't enjoy doing it anymore (or I never have), so I don't even feel like showing up.
Furioussssss.
Well if anything came out of this, it's that I'm happy that there is another Wonder fan on this site!
thaz some buuullshit
but yea, i've had stuff like that happen
went for a math competition, guy says be there by 10 am sharp
i show at 9 because i have no life and am always way too early
i missed the bus by minutes (legit saw it down the road, managed to get them to stop and let me on)
mmm, did he get chewed out later? oh yes, very much so
Oh, Charmony.
Welp, unsurprisingly, I know something that can help. A phrase that, once uttered, will make you feel instantly better. The next time something like this happens, just March right up to the person responsible and say these five words:
BARBARIAN RAGE!
And if for some reason that doesn't make you feel better, punching that sod in the face with your brand new +4 bonus to Strength definitely will.

*~ Fighting the dragons
And trashing the dungeons
Saving the maidens
And bashing the goblins
He's the Dungeon Bastard!
(He won't share his treasure with you) ~*
Eesh.
