Hello and a belated happy new year to anyone reading this! I'm still alive!
College has and continues to be an awesome yet challenging experience as a Creative Writing major, though as a result, funnily enough, nearly all my sideline creative projects have ground to a halt. Now that I'm settled into the routine, however, I'm looking into getting the ball rolling again.
So at around this time last week, Unturned, a fun little zombie survival game I have been following since its early days, finally left beta and became a fully fledged game! It's been so much fun to watch the game grow and develop, each update bringing something new for my friends and I to discover (and or die horribly by). If you've never given this game a try, I highly recommend it.
Uprooting oneself is never easy, but we all manage in our own ways. I for one, have things I keep consistent. I travel with a notebook to record any and all inspirations so that wherever I am, I can keep story crafting. Chapter 5 of Among the Unturned is up, and now that I've graduated, I have more time for writing! 
I did it! I finished my final IB exams and closed a 12-year chapter of my life!
Now let's see... Didn't I use to write stories about ponies?
I started Among The Unturned on August 11 of 2015 midway through season 5 of mlp, and only now on March 27th 2016 is chapter 2 complete the day after the season premier of season 6!?
That was 229 days ago.
Yeesh.
Fear not though, for I will do my best to make more frequent updates that don't take 3/4ths of a year. 
But on a lighter note: Yay season 6!

"Facepalms" Why didn't I think of that!? Having the human characters be all block-y would be hilarious, especially when it comes down to determining gender or Moondancer and gang having to differentiate between who's who!
I've still got plans to continue this story and the latest chapter wouldn't require to much editing...
