"Marble's Horizon" Reviewed by Titanium Dragon! · 9:33pm Mar 24th, 2016
Just a quick post that my Scribblefest story Marble's Horizon was recently reviewed by Titanium Dragon, a well known writer and reviewer here on the site. He previously reviewed The Reality I Choose as well. He apparently found Marble's Horizon a bit more to his liking, though, so that was nice.
Anyway, take a look over at the review here. He's also been reviewing other Scribblefest entries, some of which I've reviewed, others I have not, if you're looking for something to read. And, of course, this review is in addition to the one HapHazred did. Even if it's not one of my more popular tales, I'm still quite proud of it, and I'm glad the few people who have read it seem to like it.
You're welcome!
I hadn't realized you were doing Scribblefest reviews.
I'd expect to see some more, as the next round of judging is ongoing.
3825736 Yeah, it's a good excuse to read some shorter stories, and I always like reading reviews, though I hadn't typically written them myself. If you're curious, here are the previous entries I did. I think there are a handful that I've reviewed that you haven't yet, if you're of a mind to:
-#1: The Kidnapping of Twilight Velvet; Give a Like, Feed a Changeling; and Weatherpony
-#2: Magnum Opus and Creatura Somnii
-#3: Slow and Steady and Holder's Boulder
-#4: Spike's Slightly Dangerous New Hobby and Sweat, Tears, and a Video
-#5: Derpy's Name, The Smell of Muffins, and My Flight.
I'll freely admit that I'm kind of borrowing your style of reviews, but I find them to be efficient and informative, so I figured, hey, why mess with success?
I'm really hopeful Marble's Horizon places or gets an honorable mention this time around. So far, even though it's not outrageously popular, everyone seems to like it.
