Anyone ever heard of Nicktoons Unite? This game series crosses over 4 animated series by Viacom. In this game, a mad scientist travels to worlds to find allies and create a Syndicate, who would gain energy from each world for protection from their own doomsday device.
It's up to four heroes to stop them.
There's a story on this website, but it lacks Nicktoons characters from the original game. Imagine a story based entirely on the original plot and including a bunch of Nicktoons characters from the original game, but the Syndicate recruits villains from Equestria and overthrow the Royal Sisters...
And the Equestria Girls world is ALSO in danger.
Another concept, SpongeBob and his friends are enjoying a day to learn that Plankton is taking over Bikini Bottom and that walls and banners as well as troopers and soldiers are wearing a weird symbol they haven't seen before.
A robot arrives and, well, you know the rest of the prologue. And also, in a new world that was created out of a fusion between Equestria and the human world, the same thing happens, but in this case, it's Chrysalis and the Changelings dominating. You get the rest.
They meet up at the United Nations in the real world, thanks to a scientist/adventurer/protector, who has gathered beings like Sonic and his friends from Mobius, and Steven Universe and his friends from an alternate universe to the man.
The copier for the man's machine is a group of Russian scientists hacking into U.S. technology, under the orders of Vladimir Putin creating a 2nd Soviet Union, and traveling to those worlds to find the right antagonists to influence with his beliefs, with assistance from China and Cuba as well as Persia.
The energy from each world is being cloned, the cloned energy is being converted into dark energy fro shields, and their new weapons, which mix the dark energy and deadly TNT explosives with the ingredients for nuclear weapons to create the universe's most deadliest atomic bombs.
The Communist Syndicate is about to bring the Nuclear Holocaust, unless all nations agree to worship their brand of Marxist ideologies.
It's up to these heroes to combine their smarts and abilities, and each other, to defeat the Syndicate. And these heroes would stop at nothing to stop the communists.
