Song Recommendations

Hey, everyone! I just found out about this opportunity to sing competitively at my university on the 14th of next month. However, I have to register tomorrow, and I must provide four songs to sing at each level of the competition as well as the order. I don't know if there are prizes, but I'd like to do my best, you know?

Anyway, there will be a DJ providing karaoke tracks, so it's not a really formal singing event, but this limits my song choices to what they have. You guys are probably the best judges I have for this if you've heard my audio readings and singing. Here are the songs I wrote down I felt I could pick up by then and have a decent chance with. I'll link the songs to the titles and artists. Keep in mind this is a judged event, not an audience choice deal. You'll notice there's a lot of Johnny Cash songs here. He's what I and the DJ seem to have the most in common with, so, y'know, I'd pick different songs if I wasn't limited to these.

I do have a list already prepared, so I'll still be entering tomorrow even if I don't hear from you guys, but I really would appreciate your insight.

Damn I don't know how I missed this blog. I woud've picked the first two Johnny Cash songs, "No one knows who I am" from Jekyll and Hyde, and "Martha" by Tom Waits.
