Step 1: Grab some birthday supplies, cake, some extra people (perhaps) and decorate where you want the party to be.

Step 2: Take your mother out to dinner while the rest of the family prepares for the party. Tell her the food is for her birthday and that's where the real surprise begins.

Step three: Take your mother back home where she will be surprised and showered with the love of her family

Step four: Enjoy!

So all you really need are the supplies a good plan and a partridge in a pair tree and your good to go!
