    Story Scraps 4

Alright folks, we're in uncharted territory now. This story idea didn't even have a name when I stopped really adding to it. It's not even a fully coherent plot, the middle part, of course, being the sticking point for me. Initially I wasn't sure if it was too big for one story and needed to be split into two or not.

    Story Scraps Part 3

To continue on with AJUO: Apocalyptica, I do have to admit this is where the idea as a whole started to get "fuzzy" if you will. I'd mentally charted out most everything up until this point in time, but when it comes to the middle of my stories everything goes up in the air in terms of what I definitively want. I start strong and end strong with ideas; I know where I am, and where I want to end

    Story Scraps Part 2

Hey all! Sorry to be late, but I ended up having technical issues. My computer crashed on me multiple times, and I needed to find out if it's a hardware issue or not. Continuing on from Sunday's exploration into the dunes of Saddle Arabia, let's focus back on Equestria, and take a look at what would have been AJUO 3.

    P.S. I'm not dead yet

"Hustlin Tom," the wizened old man exclaimed as he looked at the young lad looking up to him, a glint in his eyes as the mysterious music in the background swelled. "Hustlin Tom," he murmured again, shaking his head up and down in recognition, "Now that's a name I've not heard in a looong time." He shook his head a little more, "A long time." "You know him," the youth asked, his face

4 years on FiMFiction/next batch of chapters in two weeks · 3:10pm Mar 6th, 2016

It was while I was walking to a friends house last week that I realized I've been posting content to this venerable site for four years now. Four years! I'm amazed how quickly things have gone over that time. I'm also pretty amazed how much things have changed, both for me and the world as well. I'm very much a different person from who I once was: I'm not as lonely, nor am I as negative, and I'm learning to be a little more open and caring toward others. It's not by my doing that that's the case though. My friends, both on and offline, the people who have come, gone, or stayed in my life, my family, and even you, my readers, have helped to humble me and shape me. It would have never happened without you. I'm about to graduate college this semester, and another big transition is due in my life. This one, despite the obvious few hurdles of finding a place of my own, getting a full-time job, and others, I feel positive about. I may not have you all around forever, but you've all helped me to learn in some small way, and I'd say that is the highest good.

Obviously me waxing melodramatic isn't completely why you are all here. I'm posting to announce that the next set of chapters are almost ready. The rewrites for these were a little more extensive than just adding more content. The fallout of these chapters, though their focus is similar, will send ripples towards the end of AJUO, and hopefully make the story more coherent and fulfilling. I'll begin posting chapters 15 through 20 on the 14th, once a day like the last few times. After that, I plan to take a nice trip to the Rocky Mountains for my last Spring Break. I'll not have anything to write with, and I'll have limited Wi-Fi, but if I do see someone's input or comment I'll do my best to respond.

Have good rest of the day (or night) ladies and gents!
