Finally, it's done! This chapter gave me a lot of grief. I wrote the Twilight section over a dozen times easily, and honestly, I nearly gave up at one point. Chapter 6 is ready to go and will be posted next Wednesday. Chapter 7 has really given me a lot of trouble, but I think I've finally just about worked it out, and I'm hoping the next portion of it will come along much quicker. Just figured I should give you all an update since I've been so quiet here lately. Chapter 1 of The Darkening is finished and being looked over by my pre-reader, and I'm probably about a quarter of the way through writing Chapter 2. Also, due to the difficulty I've been having writing Chapter 2, I stepped away for a bit and worked on my Pinkie story for a little while. I find that it helps to write a light-hearted comedy when you get stuck on a dark fic. Anyway, I enjoyed the first chapter of the Pinkie story so much, that I kinda want to post it soon, even though I know it will be awhile before I'll be able to post more. I also want to give it a different title (I've seen way too many The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly title references to want to keep my title), so I'm a bit undecided there.

So...that's it, I guess. Just wanted to get on here and let you all know that I'm still alive. I hope you're all doing well, and hopefully I'll have some new material for you guys soon.
