Applejack... First off, she's an ESTJ. Extrovert, Sensor, Thinker, Judger. They do tend to 'seem' to have it all together, just like Celestia's personality, ENTJ. The only difference is, ENTJ's are aware of the bigger picture... ESTJ's- tend to do a one size fits all gig.
I'd say if AJ suffered from anything, it'd be conic Depression... which she hides with work, and working with her family. But because she's a thinker, not a feeler, it doesn't manifest itself often, or as easily. Applejack 'Cries on the inside.' So... I guess it'd be different.
