    Aargh!!!

I'm over here, trying to draw Shimmer's hair. I look up her front view and I see tons of diaper fetishes, r34, and some nerdy OC dude in romantic scenarios with Shimmer...

    Like seriously,

Keep writing everyday. Write when you have writer's block, write when you don't feel like it, keep that engine running and don't stop. Ever. One sentence or one book, just write until you can't stop.

You're sad? Write happy fics, try to be as funny as possible.
You're happy? Write a sad, heartwarming fic, try to be as mellow as possible.
You have an idea? Write down the first chapter. The idea won't show itself.
You have no ideas? Think back to your life, what is the closest event you remember that you can write about.

Emotions don't affect you, you affect your emotions.
Getting tired, feeling hurt, it's all in the mind, and the mind only. Don't believe me? I lose at least 4 hours of sleep per chapter, even on the oneshots. Those hours are spent writing nonstop.
And remember... This is what I noticed from everybody. They always shun out 'haters', taking them very negatively, as if they're not supposed to be there. I have two bits of my story to share...

When I started on the drums, my first audition for my church band failed historically. It took me one and a half years to get the opportunity.
When I finally passed the audition, it took another half-year before I could perform in front of the church for the first time.
My first performance? Well... My sticks flew from my hand, and my snare drum dropped. That very day, my friends outside the music team literally stopped talking to me. They were the first haters that made it blatant to me.
After that, I was reduced to an acoustic setup—not fit for a whole auditorium with a full band and Electric Guitars. Peeps laughed at me for that, they were friends of those who shunned me down. The main joke was that I 'played drums, but not really.'

And after a good two months, I'm their first choice drummer. Sure it's probably because I'm young and they want to develop the youngbucks, but hey. I'm playing nearly every single Sunday.

There are 3 drummers: me, my lifegroup leader, and another girl(super smart) who's focused on food studies at the moment. We have circulations each month.

I play twice, while each of them plays only once.

The haters came back to me, started talking to me and inviting me to their events in an attempt to be friendly to me. Holding strong emotions, I declined while making an effort to seem friendly. Every now and then, we eat lunch, but I never voluntarily strike a conversation with them.

What do I want to get out with this? The motto of an Adidas football campaign a while back:
THERE WILL BE HATERS

Even now, I have haters xD. I just started playing bass, and when the Music Leaders found out, they asked me to stop and focus first on drums.

I practiced bass Monday to Friday since my Edrums got bust. Where I live in, you're not allowed to have the real drums, so I just got one of those small electric drums for chump change.

Surprisingly, a bass is allowed. I turned it up full volume once and my whole room vibrated :rainbowlaugh:

But basically, I practiced bass more than drums for the first month, and now I can slap properly—something our main bassist can't do:twilightblush:

This much isn't really hate, but I feel like I should point it out. Do what you want =D

So... What did we learn today?
HITLER DID NOTHING WRONG
1. THERE WILL BE HATERS
2. Haters are the rocks you need to climb, not the pebbles you throw away
3. Do what you want
And the most important point:
MAINTAIN THAT DAILY GRIND, NO MATTER EVERYTHING
