How long do ponies live? · 8:57pm Feb 15th, 2016

I always wondered after seeing the "Winter Wrap-up" episode, how long do ponies live? In that episode, Twilight said that Ponyville was founded a few hundred years ago, yet in later episodes they say that Granny Smith was one of the founders of the town and was about the mane six's age when she did so. Also, as "FOB Equestria" points out in his "Taking Party Pooped Too Seriously" video, pinkie pie planned the 500th anniversary of her parents.
