Christ alive, they have all these cool art designs and have even shown that they know how to depict dragons well in the show, but they still insist on making Spike look like a buttmonkey.
This shit is stupid as fuck.
I think it's a rather accurate representation of how he looked in "Secret of My Excess" (greed-fueled dragon growth and all that).
I'm going to echo Serpentking. That's a pretty spot-on translation of Spikezilla to 3D.
And let's face it, this is the most awesome they've let Spike be since the Equestria Games.
