Well, it can only go downhill from there... Or maybe not. Hopefully. There was Jeremiah becoming a badass, so I can't complain about that- although the (maybe second) best ship in the show was just shot by Rolo. Fuck Rolo, by the way.
I'd like to think that deep down, Lelouch really did care for Shirley more than C.C. and Kallen, at least more romantically so. Kallen was more of a 'Nessecary Ally'-turned'Ace-Up-His-Sleeve'/'Bodyguard Friend', and C.C. a 'Nessecary Ally'/'Special Bond' kind of a situation. Given more time, and the survival of both Shirley and Lulu, I'd bet money that they'd end up together.
Anya- I think that's her name. Y'know, pink haired-diary chick with the Übergun? She's growing on me. Quickly.
And Shinriko?

And on the subject of personal favorite characters:
Tohdoh, Anya, Xing-whatever, and Orange Boy are the best outside of main characters like Lelouch and Suzaku. Saeyoko too.
Anywho, yeah. I'll just cry myself to sleep now.

3734205 I'll be damned if it isn't one of the best. One of the two greatest mecha anime in existance- the other being Gurren Lagann.
