We can't actually distinguish between whether Trotcon is racist or profit maximizing. It might be that they simply expect that their consumers are racist.

This is a complicated scenario. I mean, the race of magical pony you're born to generally dictates what you're expected to do for the benefit of maintaining society as a whole - Earth Ponies normally grow food, Pegasi normally control the weather, and Unicorns normally produce academic and scientific assets - for the rest of your life. That isn't the strict norm, but ... it sort of is.
The Mane 6 consist of five blatant stereotypes that love their given positions, and one glaring contradiction. Twilight is a wizard; Rainbow Dash is dedicated to flying and maintaining weather control; Applejack is a hard working farmer. Pinkie Pie doesn't work in the fields, but she does create edibles born from the toils of her dirty folk, alongside her racially similar benefactors. Rarity isn't a straightforward magical unicorn, as her passion lies in outfitting ponies with money and status; magic for the sake of art, accounting an aristocratic echelon that profits nobody else? Magic for the blessed few, outfitting greed and vanity? Generosity isn't even in the same ballpark! Sounds close enough to me.
Fluttershy is the broken string of magical genetic code. She's a Pegasus that doesn't care for flying, instead preferring to live among the earthen creatures far below the notice of most "horse flies". Fluttershy represents a very different ideal.
I doubt Fluttershy will give anyone enough argument to lower Pegasus prices to Earth Pony, however. WHICH IS A PITY.

what I'm reading here is what seperates the Pegasuses and Unicorns from the Earth Ponies is mostly the T Shirt and a Poster but they get to pay extra.

Clearly the solution here is to buy four times as many earth tickets as unicorn tickets. Then assemble them with strength of numbers. Then revolution.
