    Dear Sony...

What the fuck is this fucking bullshit about fucking needing to be fucking online to play a fucking single-player fucking game? A fucking PS2 game from fucking 2005 doesn't fucking need a fucking Internet connection to fucking play it. So my laptop died.

After five faithful years of service, it seems my laptop has finally entered the last stages of its life. Got the infamous "click of death" last night.

I've already picked out a new one, but it'll be about two weeks before I get it, so I'm afraid my latest fic will be delayed for a while. Sorry about that. Hopefully it'll be worth the wait.

    RIP Shamrock95's laptop

What are your thoughts on immobility? · 7:14pm Jan 27th, 2016

So, I'm planning to do another fatpone fic at some point that focuses on immobility, as soon as I get my latest idea for another Shining/Cadance/Flash fic finished. That got me wondering -- what do you guys think is the main appeal behind the concept of a pony being fattened to immobility?

For me personally, there's just something I like about the idea of a formerly fit and able pony being rendered weak and helpless by basically being trapped by their own body, having to rely on somepony else to care for their most basic of needs. I'm not sure how I'd put it into words, exactly, but something about that idea appeals to me. Maybe it's the notion of the immobile pony being waited and doted on all day, every day, fit to do nothing but stuff their faces and grow even more.

What do you guys think? Any insight on this?

I'll admit I'm not really a big fan of ponies becoming unmovable blobs, though when written well it can be interesting to see them adjust to their new state of being.

3716118 I think it's the submission thing that does it for me. Just, you know, the idea of somepony being completely reliant on their caregiver. I suppose you could draw some parallels between immobility and bondage in that respect. You could write a fic where a pony's trapped by being tied up or put in chains or whatever... or they could be trapped by their own body.

I think it's an interesting concept to explore, especially when they are fighting a losing war on their own bodies desires to consume food. I think that the fascination of the moralist themed for me comes from the fear of letting yourself overindulge in an activity. I think sort of the discussing horror of only living for eating.

an idea that I had to to prevent a residence moment in a POW camp where all the officers are forced to to eat drudged food that compels them to eat more and that they are given all the food they want and their own mens, watches the how are given very little food grow envious of their CO's that they lose all credibility in their eyes, and creating a large gape between seeing the CO's bloating up like that that, and their mens and are discouraged making any effort of trying to organize an escape

I would imagine for example that Shining Armor would have a computation spell or a drug that would compel him to eat all the food that in a box cell were every captured guardsponies must watch their captain becoming a creature how purposes is nothing more then to eat, to break their spirit and their confidence in their captain.

I hope this gives you some ideas for stories for you.

3716197 Actually, I already had an idea lined up, but those are still pretty neat ideas.

3716526 Yeah, that's the sort of immobility I'm gonna go for in the fic, too.

For me, there's a boundary when it comes to too much weight gain. I'm generally not too big a fan of immobility (pun intended) but it can work if it's pulled off well. I'd be willing to see how it turns out, though.

Well, I have had a semi-sedentary lifestyle for a couple years, and, for some reason, big (fictional) folks have some sort of attraction to me, as of late. So, I'm okay with immobility.

I say do it, I personally enjoy those stories. And if you do make one about can the immobile one is a male and is Spike, Shinnig or Big Mac?
