I wanted so badly to continue this. SO flipping badly. But unfortunately, I can't really progress on it due to several factors. One, time available to me. Two, lack of updates from the parent story. And three, how that mess is being handled.
So it is with a heavy heart that I'm going to cancel this story. Hopefully, I'll find a way to re-use these knuckleheads for another project. That way, I can keep writing some of my favorite characters to have ever come up with. Especially Emi. She's like.... the epitome of how most of my family acts. Mostly my own little sister, but It's getting hard to keep calling her that.
Not just because she's taller then me now. She can throw me.
Literally.
It's terrifying.
So this shall be my final message to you all, the wonderful people who favorited, commented, and shared this story. Even you who only put a like, I thank every last one of you for your support while I was writing it.

3697657 I'm sorry to disappoint then. I honestly would have liked to continue the story, but it'd not really possible at this point. I'm still glad you decided to add it to your read later list, and if you decide to read it, I'd love to hear what you've got to say about it.
I'll be painfully honest with you. I gave up reading this story a while ago not just because I was becoming uneasy about where the story was heading, but I was growing doubtful of the OTVerse. I'm disappointed that the parent story and the author of the story has not been doing much with his/her story and leaving us hanging most of the time. I mean, come on. How are the authors in the group supposed to write their stories if the parent story is not being updated? Eventually, I decided to leave the group and find other stories to read afterwards.
That being said, I'm sorry that you had to cancel your story, but I do wish you a good luck in your future works.

Honestly, with the reasons you gave, Hiatus fits better. I'd rather hiatus because I really want to continue but can't, rather than cancel because of it. That's why I've only ever cancelled once. I'm considering cancelling another though, seeing as my will has dwindled for it so much. Really want to carry on with my current one, though I'm having time issues compounded on top of a writer's block piece right now, that I can't seem to work through partially as a result of the time constraint god help me I started rambling and made a run-on. #ramblingonforevercauseIguessIsupposedlycan #longhashtags.
