Writing "Nowhere to Go" · 9:24pm Jan 17th, 2016
Hey, everyone. For the past few weeks, I've been writing my first fanfiction here on FIMFiction: "Nowhere to Go". As of this moment, Chapters 1 and 2 are up. If you haven't read it, feel free to try it out!
It's a alternate universe story about a group of ponies, specifically Spitfire, Soarin, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Cheese Sandwich, trying to live their lives while also leading a rebellion of ponies to against King Sombra after he returns. However, each of the ponies has a burden they're having trouble lifting, and everyday, their chances of survival are dwindling.
The big focus of the story is the characters. For my first fanfic, I wanted to try and write a story driven by the characters, how they interact with each other, and how they act in certain situations. I picked each character carefully, and I'm attempting to write each of them like real people. I'm trying to give all of them strengths, but still giving them flaws.
I hope that, if you read this story, you enjoy it. I've spent a lot of time writing it, and I'm liking the result. I hope you do, too.
