I’ve never told this to anypony before, but besides my big MLP obsession, I have another minor one. I like to stalk the stocks.
If you know enough, you can predict the future. Nowhere does this have as big of an effect as it does in the markets. Of all the knowledge you accumulated during your life, this might be the most important one for your financial independence.
For me, it’s more of a hobby. It’s like trying to solve a puzzle. You just need to piece together all the information in the right order and voila, you can predict the future.

It could also be my twisted sense of humor. When other people cry with distaste, I laugh. When they giggle at a local phenomenon, while ignoring the big picture, I just shake my head at disbelief. So, me not reacting to your humor might even be a positive sign.
I've never dabbled in stocks but I plan to try it out one of these days.
Need to make some money before then though.
Making investment in any business is critical. However, the lure of investing in stocks, forex or options trading market remain too strong due to its simplicity and ease of earning large sum of money in short span of time. With some extra finances in savings, you can try luck in the trading market, but remember, nothing come without a risk, so your approach should be very strategic and pre-planned.
