I've been on Fimficiton for 1 whole year.
And what have I completed in that one whole year?
Well... let's see...
I've started a story, and lost all hope,
Wrote another, and was just like "nope."
I wrote a story, the rewrote it,
So it didn't suck as much as the first bit.
I now have six stories, none of which I have finished
But I hope to continue, after all that I've witnessed.
And I...
Y'know what, screw this poem, let's get serious.
Over the past year, I have constantly looked back at all of the things I have started here, and as time has passed on, the disappointment in myself has only increased. I started out way to strong, posting too many stories without finishing one, and it has gotten me to the point where I am not writing as much for content as I am to get these things finished. And of course, somewhere in the course of those 365 days, real life has gotten in the way, too.
My new years resolution is to finish 3 stories: All Good Things, The Twilight Rainbow, and The Sun Sets at Twilight. Granted, I have a few issues with the last one, but... let's just ignore those until after exams.
I hope I can hold strong to this one, and get it done, because, basically, I've felt sucky about the way I've treated you guys. You hardly ever get story updates from me anymore, and my content appears to be lacking. I hope to change that in 2016.
