Heyo, peoples! What's going on?
So, my latest story kinda tanked with all ya'll, but I'm not too bummed. I'll try and update it every other week or so because it's a pretty nifty idea I want to get out to you guys.
Anywho, I'm a bit late, but seeing as how it is the New Year, I decided to make up some Resolutions! Here they are:
1. Write a story without Spike in it.
2. Get to 1000 followers.
3. Tell the girl I like how I feel about her.
4. Finish Crystal Affair
5. Get a tattoo.
Now, the easiest one will probably be finishing Crystal Affair. My coauthor randomly came back from the depths of site inactivity, so we're gonna go ham on it again.
The hardest will probably be getting a tattoo, because my job doesn't allow them to be shown. So I'll have to get it in a strategically located place on my body. Damn.
Now, as for number 3, it's a different kind of challenge. I'm not exactly afraid of going out with girls or anything. I do it quite regularly. But this girl, she's something special. For fear of her reading this, names shall not be mentioned. However, I don't wanna screw up the awesome friendship we have, but I also don't wanna live with the regret of never letting her know before it's too late.
As for getting to 1000 followers, that'll just be entirely based on my ability to put out quality content for you guys. So that's totally on me and my ability to learn and grow as a writer.
Anywho, I'm joining a competition this next week and I'm writing a story based off this pic:
It'll be a fun little romp, have no fear.

I'm making a resolution to actually write something this year to publish on here. Even if I think it's a stupid story.
Heck, especially if I think it's a stupid story, I should still write it at least. I figure this writing thing takes practice and if I don’t write at all then there's no way I'd get better at it. And I want to get fairly good because I want to write the two favorite story ideas I have, but I'd like to get the bad writing out of the way first.

Looking at your resolutions I have to ask.
What kind of tattoo?
How big is it going to be?
Is this your first tattoo?
And where is it going to be located?
1. Actually try to get another story out.
2. Start being active on this site again to the point where people actually notice my blogs *sheds tear*
3. Try to make bf stop losing his phone every goddamn second of the day
4. Stop ignoring toothless
5. Serve the Peanut Butter God
6. Actually GAIN followers instead of lose them
7. Get more skype contacts
That's all I can think of immediately. I'm going to have fun on this site this year..

Somehow it failed to occur to me that if I posted a comment you'd probably read it. Like, I was legitimately not expecting a response even if it's fairly obvious that it was a reasonable thing to happen.
Anyway, I have intellectually learned that I am better at writing than I think and that my ideas are at least sometimes interesting. It's grasping that emotionally that's the problem. I'm far too much of a perfectionist and have little confidence in my own work, hence the "especially if I think it's stupid" from my first comment.
But I have so many potential (story) plots in my brain, and all I needed to find them was a dictionary.
English is a wonderful language and I'm sure others are as well, but the only one I'm fluent in is English, so I'm biased.

Yeah, that's pretty much my only resolution of any kind this year.
I need to write something this year. I haven't written in a long time. But hey, I like editing just fine. I'm also gonna try to get involved in more pony conventions and hopefully help plan them.

I know this will sound like a psychotic comment, but I actually have resolutions for not doing things:
Gain weight
Quit school
Start doing drugs/smoking/drinking
Ask a girl out (I mean it)
Exercise until I have a heart attack
Screw up in front of a form of the law
Vote for Trump
And basic crap like that.

3663094 You chose a good starting location for your tattoo, and talk to the artist you got to do the cover art for 'If Only I Had Time' and see if they can do a mix of Trixy and the second option. Oh and what's the name of the tattoo artist you are going to?

I've got a couple; give love another chance, there's this girl that I kind of like, but she's really busy with stuff in college. I also wanna keep my grades up in college this semester. Get a job. Oh yeah, and work on, and hopefully finish a couple of fics I've been writing, as well as making new ones.
Some advice for your 5th resolution:
Don't get drunk with your mates and tell them that you want a tatoo. They can and will do everything in their power to make that a reality. The worst part is, alcohol and severe lack of common sense are in the mixture. So instead of the Powerpuff girls, you'll get a tramp stamp.
Good luck with your resolutions. Although to be honest, I don't really care about the first one.
