I know that some people have some questions about the world I created with Negotiations and Reunited. Like what parts from the show happened, what events during the war are interesting, character fates and such.
Since I don't have too much to do today, I'm going to spend the day answering them as best as I can without getting any spoilers out for the next few fics. I'm also doing this because some people have asked if they can create fanfics in this universe and they can, so the more information I get out the better for them to write it all.
So ask away.

One thing mentioned is the creation of Thaumatic Generators. First I've come across. How were they created?

That was created with the help of both human scientists and pony ones (The ones that joined the humans in the war). The lead pony behind the project was actually Moondancer who joined Lyra's side in defending humanity. Moondancer is just as smart and brilliant as Twilight as we saw in the show, just was more shut in.
The Thaumatic Generators are basically anti-magic generators. Think an EMP but with magic. This was when the war finally was in the turning point. They were first used in the Battle of Jerusalem and were one of the key components that brought down Princess Luna. Until the generators were created, the humans were always on the defense as their lands were either swallowed by the barrier or were attacked by pony forces who used magic and the potions to raise their ranks. The Thaumatic Generators were able to be used as beam of energy to shatter the barrier and allow full on attacks from all sides against Equestria forcing them on the defense.

No, there are no human POV's in any of my future one shots dealing with this series.

Some inventions would be the use of laser technology thanks to the unique magical properties of Equestrian gems which are different from earth. There is also advance medical medicine thanks to the potion itself which was later modified after the war to treat loss limbs, mental illnesses, various disease and such. Not everything mind you, cancer is still a problem. Fusion generators and fuel was also developed and mass marketed during the war. There are also small hologram wrist like computer like the Pipboys from Fallout that are the new Cellphones and tablets that were made during the war too.
As of the second fic, there is research into teleportation and using the potion to change human and ponies races from each other.

The Crystal Empire was nuked by Middle Eastern Countries after the destruction of Rome, Mecca, and the Battle of Jerusalem. Cadance and her child along with 90 percent of the Crystal Ponies were killed in the destruction. The Crystal Empire is an irradiated place that will stay contaminated with nuclear fallout for 300 years.

There were some griffins, donkey's, zebras, minotaurs, and a few others that were brought into Equestria. However, upon seeing their actions against the humans they rebelled out of fear and were ordered to be rounded up. They all fled together led by Iron Will and took over a few ships to use to make it for human territory. However, one naval commander of Equestria fired upon all the ships, sinking them and killing them all.
Back in their world there were Griffins, Dragons, donkey's, yaks, deer, zebras, Minotaur, goats, and changelings. They all died out in the next hundred years.
Well this is two part question but, #1 Did the world finally united under a single government. And #2 what nations/region did survive after the war?

No, they are still separated governments except some are now united nations like Korea is one nation as is most of what remains of Africa.
Here are the list of area's whose population was wiped out because of the barrier: Australia, Most of Africa, a good portion of the Middle East, India is goodbye, 70 percent of Africa, 80 percent of Indonesia, New Zealand is gone, Most of China is gone, Okinawa Island is no more, and the southern half of South Africa. Meanwhile, all the major cities of the world have been attacked by the Equestrian Army via mass teleportation spells. They would plan big assaults on places like New York, Berlin, London, Tokyo, Moscow, and such with a mass teleportation spell that could only be done via Celestia, Luna, or a mass group of unicorns. They would attack the area and then after doing enough damage teleport back. The downside to this was that they could only do it at certain times and required a lot of energy and planning.
Alright, so based on your answer...is the United States still a superpower, and if not who?

1. Starlight Glimmer didn't escape last in the season opening. She was arrested and sentenced to jail for her crime but later died in prison from suicide. The season 5 finally never happened.

1) What is Spike's opinion on humanity? Does he hate them? Love them or indifferent to them? You explained how he hates pony kind sans Fluttershy and Twilight (although I'm curious about his stance on Lyra and pro-human friends) for the death of his species.
2) How limited is magic on Earth? You explained that the princesses could not move the sun and moon, but does this have a trickle down effect? For example: Can pegasi (sp?) still manipulate the weather or even stand on clouds?
I understand if you can't answer these for spoiler reasons but I'm kind of curious.

1) Spike doesn't hate or love humanity. He's indifferent really. He judges them individually rather then a species
2) Ponies can only use half the magic they have when on earth lands. The reason the moon and sun cannot be used by Celestia and Luna is because the dimentions have different physics and laws. Plus, in their universe their world was the center and their sun a lot smaller and older. Meanwhile, our sun is the center while bigger and still young. Earth ponies can't "connect" with the earth but still have a strong resistance and strength just not as much. Pegasi can still fly, but cannot manipulate the weather. They can still rest on clouds though.

If they had survived the war, Pinkie would fall into depression for a long time over the actions that they had done. She might even just disappear and never be seen again. Rarity would either be like Fluttershy and try to find a new life somewhere, maybe even help in the relief effort for both humans and ponies. Cadance would just want to be left alone to raise her child, if it survived, if it didn't then she would have just ended her life out of despair. Luna would also be on trial along with Celestia.

It's really the thought of betrayal that hurt her the most, and the fact that she is angry at herself for not seeing Celestia's lies. It's part anger, and part shame. The only reasons she went forward to make friends out of Fluttershy was because she was her closest remaining friend left.

That's pretty sad, Twilight is the last Alicorn, right? If she is immortal, she'll live with that forever, and she really should put in an effort to not having lasting regrets by trying to make amends, especially when she was in the wrong.
Also, the betrayal was warranted. She deserved to be betrayed. She would betray herself if she was in such an improbably position.

She's not immortal. Celestia and Luna were the only immortals, but that was because of their connection to the sun and moon. After they left Equestria, that immortality faded with them as well.
