Tomorrow we celebrate new year's day, the time of year when a bunch of dinosaurs got together around a campfire and decided that out of all of the possible days of the year, it was the day the new year should begin. There was this stegosaurus who suggested that there should be 500 days in a year, not 365, but that is when a comet hit the earth and destroyed all life that existed on the land. Fortunately, the former information about a year being 365 years long got saved on the walls of the pyramids the dinosaurs built in the south pole.
The government found these pyramids and has a secret base there to keep this under wraps. They don't want anyone to know that dinosaurs had an advanced set of technology which was passed down generation to generation by the people who lived with the dinosaurs. These early people were smart enough to live in underwater caves when the comet hit the earth for a long time before reemerging again. Over time people forgot about all of this because they are really bad at keeping history records when it comes to the important things and thus make up stuff half of the time which somehow becomes official because of laws and stuff.
Wishing you a very happy new year day filled with family, friends, and the few dinosaurs that actually survived by also living in underwater caves for many years that the government keeps in test labs across the world. Also, here's a shout out to the stegosaurus who suggested going on a 500 day calendar which would have given us extra weekends and more holidays to stay home with friends and family. He is dead but not forgotten. At least not by the people who have yet to have their mind erased by the MIB.
