Some people not might be aware of this, but when you change your username on the site, it also changes the url of your profile.
The reason why this matters when it comes to promotions is, if someone has promoted your story, art piece, or other creative piece linking to your profile, and you change your username, the link will be broken and people can't find your content.
So just keep this in mind when you change your username. Especially if you have things that you've promoted on various pages of groups or content other people have promoted for you in journal entries, site blogs, off-site websites, the main pages of groups, or other places.
Good thing I never change my username.

Thanks and cool! I think you're going to find that latest addition chilling, especially since it has to do with the raw, often brutal, terrifying actual, non-candy-coated nature of changelings as they really are. (At least as I imagine them to be, anyway.)

I just read that and answered it, thanks. But you haven't read the second vignette yet? Personally, I think that one's much better than the first as it gives a great deal more insight and a long peek into Hive structure and how things work.
