I guess my manager really likes me. I was told when I first started that I would be working Thanksgiving and Black Friday. I'm working 6pm on the 23 to 6am (when the store opens) on the 24th. So I only have to deal with customers for 4 hours of a 12 hour shift.

So due to the opiod crises they have cut my mothers pain meds. My mother has fibromyalgia. For those who don't know, is nerve pain throughout the entire body. I saw the post earlier at work and at the time I was mopping a dining room floor. The hardest part is never the mopping, it's playing tetris with all the chairs and tables to move around.

I didn't wait to long, only about 5 minutes. I worked about 9 hours today, and the hardest part was going up and down a flight of stairs carrying heavy things. (I lost count after 18 times)
