First off, thanks to everyone who read and enjoyed More than Meets the Ear so far; I'm glad it's gotten off to a great start and that so many people are getting a kick out of it! 
As it turns out, Bookish Delight, who (perhaps inadvertently) requested the creating of More than Meets the Ears has declared today to be:
Unofficial Official Human Vinyl Scratch Day!
Today is (apparently) the day we shall celebrate Vinyl Scratch (or DJ Pon-3, since that's what Hasbro seems to want to call her) in all her fingery, toe-y, no-hooved goodness (not that there's anything wrong with hooves either, mind you). Booksie wrote up a nice blog about how poor Vinyl seems to have been left in the dust following Rainbow Rocks when she totally saved the Rainbooms, her school, and the entire world all by herself played a key role in stopping the Dazzlings.
To that end, Bookish has released a new story featuring Vinyl Scratch and Crystal Prep Academy's #1 Rocker Chick, Lemon Zest!
