Oh where is Calm Wind?
"Oh where is Calm Wind?"
Says I, says I,
"Oh where, oh where is Calm Wind?"
"Our dear friend is in the gym.
Oh, Calm Wind is in the gym."
"He's not in the gym!"
Says I, says I.
"Calm Wind is not in the gym!
Oh where is Calm Wind?
For our friend is not in the gym!"
"Calm Wind is at work!"
You say, you say.
"Calm Wind is at work!
Our dear friend would never shirk,
So Sir Calm must be at work."
"At work?"
I say, I say,
"Calm Wind be not at work!
Indeed Sir Calm would never shirk,
But Calm Wind isn't at work."
"Is he out shopping?"
Say you, say you,
"Could Sir Calm be out shopping?
He does live alone,
In that nice home-"
"Be ye mad!"
I shout, I shout,
"Can I ask if ye be mad?
Out shopping? That lad?
I ask if ye be mad!"
"Alright, so not."
You speak, you speak,
"So shopping he be not,
Is he out with a girl?
Do you think he is out with his girl?"
"Fleet the thought!"
Say I, say I,
"Oh Fleet the entire thought!
A noble thought, but I fear not,
So Fleet the entire thought."
"Is he be writing?"
You say, you say,
"Could Sir Calm be writing?
With Two Million words,
And many more commin',
Could Calm Wind be writin?
"Nay he be not,"
Say I, say I,
"Indeed he be not writin.
He's not in the gym, or shoppin'
He's not fleetin', nor writin',
Oh Calm Wind is not in the gym!"
"Oh where is Calm Wind?"
Say you, say you
"Do you know where be Calm Wind?
Oh where could be Calm Wind?
Oh where, oh where is Calm Wind?"
"He's taking a break."
I hush, I hush,
"Calm Wind be taking a break.
From his story a break,
For all health's sake.
Calm Wind is having a break.

Of deeds, and word, and right
With not but word we weave our tales,
And that is why writers write.

The desk? At work? The gym?

Here's another by Firmatorenio! Who described this piece of music as being inspired by when Fire Streak and Misty Fly take off during the party in chapter 70 to have a little night fly together... a scene that i honestly wish i could have focused on.

i've been writing since i was ten, so i've been in the practice for 16 years. I'm a firm believer that writing is something built not by skill, but by experience over time
