I hate to say this just when I was thinking I was getting back into the swing of things, but I think it would be best for me to just officially say goodbye to all of you. With two jobs and loved ones to look after, I just don’t have the time to stay in the community. The only time I have to talk with online friends is diminishing every passing week, and I feel like the talking has lost its spark. FiMFiction was a magical place back when I started, and it felt so good getting to talk with all these new people and learning their stories. I honestly won’t forget any of you, but I’m going to have to say goodbye. I’ve been leaning towards just starting over again and trying to recapture that fantastic feeling of starting up on this wonderful website. Maybe I’ll try that come this Summer when I have more time to myself. I’ll be the first to admit that I really only used it for the social aspect, and only published one short story this entire time. I was here for the interactions, but recently I feel like those interactions have lost something valuable and I don’t know what it is. Come my Christmas break I will be sending messages to every one of my good friends and giving those goodbyes. I wonder how many will really remember me now? It doesn’t matter though, as I remember those really special senpai’s. The one’s who touched my heart, and the ones that I felt so deeply connected to. It’s really hard saying goodbye, but I’m a stupid girl who overworks and who’s selfish enough to say goodbye to all of you wonderful people just so I can maybe find something totally abstract later. I know what I’m doing is going to hurt a lot of you, and I don’t expect forgiveness. But know that no matter what happens, I treasured our time together. I love you all, even if my actions don’t show it.

I will await your return, should you choose to come back on the site. It has been great getting to know you through your posts and journals. I hate to see you leave and I hope that you can come back soon at some point. Have a nice Christmas break. :) Enjoy this holiday season with friends and family by your side.
