It's not unenjoyable; it's just difficult. When you're in pain, that pervades your mind. Conversations tend to thrive off lighter subjects. However, you can't help it, so I'm not going to hold that against you. I don't think that's a good reason to leave, however. Wouldn't you want to get what you can out of this place? I definitely don't blame you for needing someone to talk to. I'm not in pain, I still need that.
