Wait. Did another episode get leaked early?
3558264
Yup.
Discount Sonata?
3558266 Man, who the Hell is running security over there to prevent this? They must suck at their job.
3558271
We're close to the season finale, too. I concur-- they ought to step it up!
This was a fantastic episode if I do say so myself. But far be it from me to spoil it for you right when everyone else has seen it through Youtube...
3558273
Nope-- I'm watching it blind today.
Don't feel bad, Applejack-- I'm not very familiar with pop culture either.
Ladies and gentlemen-- Justin Bieber in a nutshell.
Ok. Pony Gaga might not be that far of a stretch.
link me up with episode please!!!
And once again Equestria's technology level has me wondering where it stands.
3558298 I know right
Applejack's right, Ra-Ra.
Does somepony have a tape recorder?
Why did the manager think that Pinkie wouldn't tell anypony about him threatening to pull Ra Ra from the show? Is he that daft?

I think her mane stylist needs to get praise.
3558308 Haha glad to help
Was that Fancy Pants conducting?
That was a good one. Fun episode, really good music.
Love me some Piano + Orchestra.
3558315 It looked like his outline, at least. That was definitely Octavia back there, too.
3558311
I'm especially thankful, since Brony TV was stuttering SO BADLY I was CRINGING!
3558319
Yeah, we can agree on that.
3558322 Yeah I got so bored, I opened a new tab to Google Plus, and there it was!
We'll all miss you, Amy Keating Rogers. Thank you for this wild ride of yours.
Octavia confirmed as a bassist, not a cellist.
3558328
inb4 Octavia all about dat bass.
Lady Ra Ra, guys. Seriously.
Rarity is still best Rara.
You could say it was. . . .

. . . the last straw.
Good setup, conflict, resolution, and aftermath, though the period between the conflict introduction and resolution was a bit fast and simple. The problem was revealed to the audience, fix attempt 1 failed, then fix attempt 2 immediately went off without a hitch, and the resolution basically jumped out and grabbed the story as if it wanted to be solved as quickly and easily as possible. I would have put more events/failed attempts in there, but that part being so short allowed the rest of the episode to be there the way it was, and that's a fair trade off for me. 8/10, maybe 8.5
Song-wise, some of the best this season.
Story-wise, straightforward and uncomplicated. The way AJ would like it.
Bonus points for the accurate use of an obscure reference (i.e. Svengali/ Svengallop).

Are Jew serious?
First impressions: It was good. Probably not one of my favorites, but definitely an improvement over the last two episodes.
Things I noticed:
- Equestrian technology continues to baffle me with its laser lights and voice synthesizers.
- I think this is the first time we've seen a cutie mark glow other than the M6 and foals first getting their marks. I'm not sure what to make of it.
- Did you see Ra Ra play the piano? And some people still say earth ponies don't have magic. How else could you play the piano so well with no fingers?
Fills me with so much feelz~
"Equestria, the Land I Love", possible Equestria national song?

3558326 It's certainly been a fun ride, though.
Also. That. Was. ADORABLE!

Getting to sing with her was the entire point of the contest she was holding for the Schoolfillies. They probably won it fair and square, and it's just one of those happy cinematic coincidences. We know Sweetiebelle is an amazing singer, she was likely to win it anyway.
Time to wait for todays episode rant from Reality Check. Should be interesting given the material.

Anne Frankly, it was off-topic.
Jesus fuck, I have never been so goddamn terrified in my entire life.

Wonderful episode, had me smiling so much and for some time afterward!
Well, that was unexpectedly good!
At first, this episode seemed to be determined to just play it by the numbers right down the line with cliché characterisation and cliché plot devices. Then they had Coloratura be Applejack's old friend and, in the last reel, turned it into a parable about the power of the Magic of Honesty to change you for the better. In that single reel, the character of the episode changed utterly and, instead, we had one of the strongest... if not the strongest AJ episode ever shown, showing how Honesty works for her and how she makes it work for others.
So it is that Amy Keating Rogers signs off from Pony with arguably the two best episodes of the season (this one and Crusaders of the Lost Mark) and the best characterisations of their main characters too! As I've said before, whatever Disney paid for her services, they got a bargain because she is that good.
What else can I say? Lena Hall did an excellent job for her first VA on Pony and I hope that 'Ra-ra' will be seen again. Maybe she and Sapphire can team up for a future episode to rock off everypony's socks!
Daniel Ingram shows his musical flexibility again and we see again the quality that makes this show have its longevity. So the season comes to an end; next week we have the finalé and, after that, not too much of a hiatus.
BenRG's Rating: 9/10
Yo, found the trailer for the season finale
Did anyone else get livid when she was playing the piano?
