This Weeks Episode: Scare Master

Yeah late, I already explained last week, let's get to it shall we?

Fluttershy prepping for Nightmare Night looks a bit different than normal people, namely battening down her cottage.

We got spiders barricading the windows and bears making hidy holes (well prepping under the bed for hiding all night long) buuuut Fluttershy forgot Dev- I mean Angel's food so out to town.

Whose she run into? Why Big Mac and Granny Smith, apparently the Apples do a haunted maze every year, why Granny was trick or treating as opposed to running it last year isn't explained, anyway to Twilight's!

So, Spike's a two-headed dragon, (those things are dcks and we all know it!) and everyone's telling spoopy stories upstairs.

So we catch the tail end of Pinkie's story which was apparently that the balloons were never inflated, and we get to hear Rarity's story of the mannequin that came to life and haunted all the costumes...

That's the story, a mannequin came to life and haunted all the costumes, Fluttershy decides to join them so she needs a costume.

At the boutique Rarity shows her some options explaining that the beauty is you don't gotta be scary, but she shoots down the princess type outfit saying that the layers may make it hard to run, some more costumes come along (including Rarity shooting down the vampire fruit bat, idea) and eventually the masquerade costume, but Fluttershy said the mask blocked her peripheral vision, so just the dress.

Anyway, everyone's costume is awesome Rarity's a sea/merpony (choose whichever, I don't care right now), Twilight's a freaking gladiator because why not? (SPARTA! I know I'm a looser shut up!) Pinkie's a roller disco queen, AJ a lion, and Dash an Astronaut, and Fluttershy's going to a masquerade ball... without the mask she shoulda just listened to Pinkie and been a Ninja or thief, ninja's are just cool and theif's are a useful part of any RPG crew, not mandatory but nice. Any who to Sugarcube Corner!

Game time! I don't know, pin the something on Nightmare Moon, and Fluttershy backs out because of fear of being blindfolded, so Bobbing for Apples, but she's afraid of not hearing something, so candy that's fine right? Nope, afraid of not being able to scream with taffy, Fluttershy understands she's sucking out the fun (like 90% of it according to RD) so idea time.

Fluttershy can't be scared if she's the one scaring right? TO HER COTTAGE!

Long story short, Fluttershy fails at being scary, also those standees look like something Panda would draw (We Bare Bears is awesome go watch it!), this group is apparently a canon thing now far as I'm concerned.

So, Fluttershy fails at being scary, but she's not alone in her house now is she?

Anyway off to the maze, long story short mummy mac, sticks as bones, then... something...

Something's following them and Rarity realizes that Fluttershy was right about the layers when she trips, eventually the gang falls down a hole.

Also Granny Skeleton, freaking creepy man.

It's not a part of it as AJ thought because Smith's back up top having the crusaders along, they get chased by a sea monster and stuck in a web.

Twilight teleports them and they keep running, eventually out of the cave where they're attacked.

Long story short Fluttershy dressed as her vampire fruit bat self frightens them along with Angel's planning and all her animal companions as props.

Angel chased them, the birds were ghosts, Fuzzy Eyes drew the webs, and Bearry was the sea monster, the gang thinks Fluttershy's the best at Nightmare Night but she decides her way of celebrating is just how she likes it, so back under the bed with all her animal friends.

Honestly? Freaking awesome episode, better Halloween special than the last one (that one mostly being a Luna special because LUNA KICKS AS!) we saw Fluttershy step out and understand that she shouldn't need to do everything just because her friends do, or as we found out she's kinda awesome at it when she gives it an honest go.

Anyway then, next weeks episode, "What About Discord," I'm not even guessing much because with Discord it's already got my seal of approval because DISCORD!
