When I said no more sneak peeks. This is honestly the last one, since the cheeapter is about 2/3 done.
As soon as the three heroes woke up from their respective dreams, they all thought the same thing: They should continue their journey immediately. When they got out of the beds in which they were sleeping, they saw Spike, still sound asleep. He was sleeptalking, or rather sleepsinging.
"You're my inspiration/ for elation/ for as far a-as I-i ca-an te-e-e-e-e-ell/ Two Hearts, parallel..." Spike sang. Probably a love song for Rarity. Sky thought, rolling her eyes. He doesn't have a chance with her, even with that song. Sky thought about it again. The "Two Hearts" part might be a clue, though. Maybe a connection between one of the Aurora Hearts and the Crystal Heart?
Before Sky could ponder this mysterious song more, Reznor interrupted her train of thought with a sentence. "We must get to the Crystal Empire as quickly as we can!" He exclaimed. "There's just one problem."
"What could that be?" Sky asked. "I was in the middle of thinking, and you made me lose my train of thouught!"
"That's exactly it." Reznor replied. "How are we going to get on the Crystal Empire Express? The tickets cost over three thousand bits apiece, and we can't play the whole 'we're heroes' card or anything like that!"
"Three thousand bits times three children is..." Sky said while calculating the result. "It's over NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND!!!!"
This isn't all of what I have so far, I have exactly 2,000 words in the cheeapter. I just didn't want to post all of that, too many spoilers.
